Our stay at this mountain campsite was fantastic! The hosts were both exceptionally kind and attentive. Ken recommended a Newland tire business to work on our truck brakes and I'm not exaggerating when I say they might have saved our lives!
While the space was a smidge tight for our fifth wheel, it worked out fine. All the campsite hook-ups were pristine and easy-to-use.
The location was lovely - set in a charming country club neighborhood with welcoming neighbors who went out of their way to check on us. We love Newland and felt as though we were centrally located to the places we like to visit.
Thanks so much, Ken & Lyn! We will be returning, for sure!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Corner Pine for a weekend in a camper van to do some leaf peeping and sight seeing around the Highlands. The site was perfect for our needs! We especially loved the deck to relax and enjoy the moon while playing guitar. It was peaceful and private. Having access to amenities was fantastic, and it was so thoughtful of our hosts to leave a welcome basket with instructions and helpful tips!

This stay was a first for us using this app and very pleasantly surprised and delighted with the spot with easy pull through and comfortable deck with fire pit. The variety of sweet, helpful and welcoming community members in the neighborhood was a plus. Reminds me of a great old campgrounds with lots of woods, shrubbery, unique vacation homes, camp sites or permanent little and large mountain homes. Walking around felt very safe and nice perks with the amenities.

Neat little place to set up a camper. Our large popup fit perfectly, slide out had plenty of room. Pull through was nice but larger campers may have issue with the hill but was perfect for us.

We were very comfortable with the size of lot for our camper. Ken and Lynn were helpful and friendly. Our dog loved that he could lay on the deck watching the day go by, plus we didn’t have to worry about him running after any other dogs going for their walks. The deck was great for cooking on our camp stove.

This spot is in a neighborhood with many amenities. Kid and pet friendly with a nice deck area which helps with those things and acts as a patio/deck spot for your time. The owners were very welcoming and the atmosphere was friendly. The area is convenient to many hiking spots and other attractions.

What a great little spot with a spacious well-furnished deck to sit on and an overhang to protect items from sun and rain, e.g., cooking gear, cooler, etc. Electric hookup & water were easy. The bathrooms are not even a 5 minute walk away, very clean, private units with a super shower. But plenty of parking if you want to drive over in 2 minutes. You could walk a dog or your other best friend for hours around the community on wooded roads looking at the assortment of cabins. Neighbors were friendly but not intrusive or noisy. The firepit at night has a great open view of the sky and tall fir trees. If you go "in season" there is a large outdoor pool and white sand swimming beach on the lake. Both looked inviting. My stay was very pleasant and I hope to return.

It was a different experience for me ‘camping’ in a neighborhood, but the people, the proximity to the things I wanted to do, and the hosts willingness to help and his high level of communication would have me stay here again.

We would recommend it only for a very small RV. Site was too narrow for our RV, leveling was extremely difficult and stepping in and out of coach was difficult and dangerous. We had to buy concrete blocks to be able to get into coach door. Hooking up utilities was very difficult because if allowable space.

This was a fantastic spot! We didn't get to enjoy any of the amenities, because we only stayed one night, but we loved it. It rained a bit, so the covered part of the deck was a nice touch. I think I would love to live in this community. Everyone was very friendly and the site was clean and had everything we needed. I'll be back!!

Perfect spot as a home base for everything Linville has to offer from the falls to the winery and Old Hampton Store, Banner Elk nearby. We loved the quiet neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly. The wood deck area was very comfortable and private. Bath house was clean and easily accessible.
We pull a 17-foot teardrop- had no problems maneuvering. Will be back!

We loved the location of this site. It is nestled on a street with cute mountain homes and near a convenient bathhouse. Very safe and fairly private. The deck was comfortable with bits of shade and sunshine. (dog gates are available if needed) Lots of streets for walking and the river trail is around the corner. Also around the corner is the golf clubhouse and grill where you can get a bite to eat or walk to the live music on Friday nights. All the neighbors were incredibly nice! Kenny was responsive and available.

This campsite was delightful! The porch and deck area was wonderful and private! It was so nice to have a nice place to sit, relax and eat or read! Linville Land Harbor is a lovely place for walking, we walked by the lake and golf course. The bathroom is clean, spacious and heated! Wow. It is a short walk from the campsite. Even the neighbors we met offered to assist us with anything. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you Ken and Lyn for being such great hosts! We will see you again, for sure!

We loved our stay at Corner Pine. It’s a quiet neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Our kids enjoyed the freedom of playing outside on the property. Kenny was GREAT with communication and willing to help in any way needed. It’s close to hiking/skiing and plenty of little towns for eating and groceries. If we come back through this area we will definitely stay on his property again. We traveled in a 40ft toy hauler.

What a great place! We had a 4 year old with us and this location was great who want the camping feel but with some amenities and close to the town for activities. Our hosts left a welcome basket full of drinks and snacks. They even came by to check on us and drop off some lollipops for our son :) we will most definitely be back and hope to explore the same location in a different season.

We enjoyed our stay on Kenneth’s property. It was easy to find even though we arrived late. The community was super cute and full of pretty views. There were tons of activities. All of the neighbors were really friendly. The area was peaceful. The bathrooms were clean. Couldn’t complain. We will absolutely return. 10/10 recommend.

Linville land harbor corner pine was perfect for our weekend hiking plans. We discovered a nice community that was quiet and peaceful. We utilized the deck in the mornings and early evenings for dinner. The weather couldn't have been better and the leaves were still beautiful in the Linville gorge area.
Kenny and Lyn were great hosts. Kenny met us upon arrive and they both checked in on us during our stay to be sure everything was going well.
We look forward to visiting again!

Oh my. I almost hesitated writing my review because then I would let the secret out. This place is a hidden gem. The perfect little spot. The neighbors are wonderful. The welcome basket had everything I would need. I was sad to only have booked one night while passing through. Five stars for this place and I will be back.

PERFECT!spot to Explore the Amazing World in the North Carolina mountains in the Fall. I’m sure no matter what season you choose.
My Girlfriend and I were overwhelmed !Linville land Harbor is the place to be. In particular site 71 . Perfect location for the 28 ft RV.
We were greeted by Ken who showed us around. His wife had a goody basket and information about the community and the areas sites.
The Deck and fire pit were great to sit around . The bathrooms , and game rooms were a Plus! Nothing beats a hot shower after spending the days Hiking the rugged trails on Grandfather Mountain . So many places to explore BannerElk, Blowing rock! Linville Caverns, Blue Ridge Park way!
Definitely a Return visit from Jodi and Bob.

Kenneth is a great host and very friendly. He is very responsive and willing to help in any way. The site has a gravel drive with full hookups. The deck area is lovely and if it had not been so cold, we would have enjoyed it more. We were here for the fall leaf peeping season. This is a great location to Banner Elk, Boone, Blowing Rock, Beech Mountain, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. We were just minutes from everything. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet, and safe. The shower house is extremely clean and private and is a walk right up the hill from the site. There are lovely paths for walks and even canoes that are free to guests. Be sure to bring several blocks for leveling since this site is situated on a hill pull through. We were unable to pull through due to the steep incline going down the drive. We were easily able to pull in and back out on the street though. We were greeted with snacks, water, and brochures of local attractions. We would highly recommend this site and plan to return.

Wonderful site and hosts! They had a cute welcome basket with cold drinks, snacks, magazines and other area info. It was our first RV trip and the site/hookups were all easy to access and use. Beautiful deck and covered area. Very private and peaceful. Quick walk to the bath house, which was super clean. Will be back!!!
