Welcome to our little slice of creekside heaven! Four years ago, we took a run-down manufactured home park and started turning it into something special — a peaceful, down-to-earth spot for campers to relax, explore, and feel right at home. It's been a total labor of love, and now we’re excited to share it with folks who appreciate the beauty of nature, good company, and a few chickens wandering by. At night, things slow down — our campground is quiet, peaceful, and perfect for stargazing. We’ve got: 3 creekside RV sites with water + electric hookups 1 creekside RV site with full hookups (water, electric, and septic) 4 first-come, first-served creekside tent spots A 38' luxury RV available to rent for a comfy glamping stay All sites are right along Conleys Creek, which is stocked with trout and perfect for fishing or cooling off in the summer. Every spot includes a picnic table and fire pit — and tent sites come with a fire pit that includes a cooking grate for easy campfire meals. Our land is totally pesticide-free and full of life — from colorful flower gardens to veggies, herbs, fruit trees, and our famous 14 free-range chickens (a.k.a. The Dixie Chicks). Guests love feeding them, petting them, and collecting fresh eggs. You’ll also find: A clean, private bathhouse A game room with ping pong + darts Outdoor yard games Fast, reliable Wi-Fi Firewood, eggs, and ice for sale A dump station for RVs We’re in a super convenient spot — nestled between Bryson City and Cherokee, just a short drive from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Dillsboro, Sylva, and tons of hiking, biking, kayaking, tubing, and whitewater adventures. We’re open year-round, but if you come during leaf peeping season, you’re in for a real treat — the colors are absolutely magical. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome too — we get it, they’re family! This is our home, our lifestyle, and our dream. We’d love to have you come enjoy it with us.

We have a large open field along beautiful Conleys Creek. We only offer 3 tent spaces, to give our tent guests privacy and space. No pre-assigned locations, first come-first serve. Each tent spot has a fire pit, (all with grill tops), picnic tables, access to a fresh water spicket and sink, good WI-FI, a game room and outdoor lawn games for our guests. Conleys Creek is great for fishing (regularly stocked with trout), or to just cool off at the end of the day! Our private bath house is always kept sparkling clean. Roam our property and find the second creek. Enjoy our free-range chickens, The Dixie Chicks. They love to be fed and petted. We have numerous gardens throughout the property. We are a mile from the Smoky Mountain public golf course and back up to Cherokee. Located in rural Whittier, NC, we are a 15-minute drive to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Charming mountain towns are all nearby. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Nantahala Gorge and Tail of the Dragon are just a short drive from our location.

Site 2 is meant for campers, RV's, vans and pop up's and vehicles that don't exceed 26' in length. It has very good WI-FI, water, 20-30-50 AMP power, a fire pit and picnic table. It is creek side with nice shade. Guests have access to the private bath house, game room and sewer dump. They may explore our 9-acre property. We are happy to assist our guests into backing into the spot, if they want assistance.

Site 1 is meant for our smallest campers, vans, pop-up's and cars. It has very good WI-FI, water, 20-30-50 AMP power, fire pit and picnic table. It is creek side with a small field on one side of the spot. Guests have access to the private bath house, game room and sewer dump. You may explore our multi-acre property. If you would like assistance, we are happy to back in your vehicle.

Overall we had a nice stay! Anne & Chris have done a really nice job with their property! The Dixie Chicks were precious & the eggs were delicious. The stream was really nice. We didn’t utilize the game room but it seemed really nice also. It was great having a bathroom & hot shower. The sites are near the road and you can hear passerbys. We prefer to park next to our site, so the only thing we would have liked to know before booking was that you can’t park at your tent site. It isn’t far to the car parking & they have wagons to transport your belongings. Overall, enjoyed our stay - thank you!

A wonderful place to stay! One of the hosts, Chris, came out to greet me when I arrived around 7:30 p.m. and took the time to show me around. He was incredibly thorough, kind, and made sure I felt safe and comfortable, especially since I was camping solo. I was a little apprehensive with Tropical Storm Isaias potentially coming through, but the host was well-prepared and showed me two safe places I could go if the weather took a turn for the worse. He even checked in on me every day to see how I was doing, which was such a thoughtful gesture! It was clear that he knew the other campers and genuinely enjoyed the sense of community at the campground. I absolutely loved all the chickens roaming around and the cozy, homey atmosphere of the whole place. It really felt like a home away from home! They’re also in the process of building a brand-new bathhouse, which is such a nice bonus and a great luxury to have at a campground. Overall, such a welcoming, peaceful, and thoughtfully cared-for place. I felt safe, comfortable, and genuinely looked after throughout my stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

This is such a great campsite! Very easy to find, easy to get my trailer parked, and well maintained property. The bathroom was private and had plenty of room. Each RV site had an electrical hook up and water. It was great falling asleep to the sound of the creek and I enjoyed seeing the chickens roam the property. Anne is super kind and very responsive! Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be here again. This place is also super close to the Smokies Natl Park and about 20min from NOC for all the kayakers and rafters out there :)

Definitely recommend! Hosts are awesome, generous and interesting. Loved being right by a flowing creek (they provide a hammock if you choose)! There is a game room with AC if you are camping without electricity for a break from the heat (dog friendly). The free roaming chickens are fantastic. Just an absolutely lovely stay in a beautiful place. I plan to go back and stay longer sometime.

Such a lovely campground! The chickens were an absolute amazing addition. They will come right up to you and eat out of your hand. Anne was very thoughtful and walked us through the campground. Beautiful site for tent camping. It is very cozy. The nearby creek was amazing to sleep near, and the game room is cute and added evening fun. It's location is great. So close to many things to do. However, if you're going to be arriving later in the evening the host won't be very happy with you.

Anne and Chris have such a unique, and beautiful property. Falling asleep to the sound of Conley’s Creek, and waking up to the chickens visiting our site are two of the most enjoyable experiences at the campground. We spent our Saturday hiking at Deep Creek and having beers in Bryson City. 10/10 would recommend this Hipcamp and its owners.

I loved camping on Anne’s land!! It was so fun to see her chickens walking about. We were even able to catch some trout from the creek that runs through the campsite. Be sure to get some fresh eggs from the Dixie Chicks they were delicious!!

Anne’s property is unique, welcoming, homey, rustic, and beautiful. She welcomed me in person and gave me a tour, and offered her own homegrown eggs and firewood. The property is easy to find and access. The location has a beautiful wooded mountain bluff view in a tight valley, and there is a narrow flowing creek through the center of the property right at the edge of the RV campsites .

We had a great 2 nights at Anne & Chris's site! Directions were clear, they were super friendly, and the site was fun - we went in the creek a couple times to splash around and float. We loved the chickens on property, and they did have a great bathhouse and game room!

Anne was a wonderful host! So helpful and kind! This is a special little spot that had a lovely creek and beautiful surroundings. Great location and close to activities and Nantahala. The game room and bathrooms (with a shower) were an awesome bonus!
