Features: • Large outdoor living pavilion • Bathhouse with full bathroom and washer/dryer • Locking gate • Pull-through site with full hookups: 50/30/20 amps • Starlink internet (no cell service—must use internet calling) • Fully wooded site with creeks for maximum privacy and solitude • Within an hour of Franklin, Cashiers, Highlands, and several other mountain towns with shopping; 1.5 hours from Asheville; 2.5 hours from Atlanta • 10 minutes from Lake Glenville, the highest elevation lake in the eastern U.S., with boat ramps and a nice beach area • Averages 15° cooler than Atlanta • County-maintained road to the neighborhood entrance (steep and curvy) • Private gravel road within the community, approximately one mile to the site • 4-wheel drive not required • Quiet neighborhood, perfect for daily dog walks Minimum lease: 4 weeks. At this altitude it is much cooler than even nearby towns like Franklin and typically 15 degrees cooler than Atlanta. 10 Minutes to Lake Glennville boat ramp and beach. The site has not been used so we are restricting the RV Trailer length to 27 feet until we establish that it will work for longer trailers. Longer trailers will be allowed only if you visit the site before booking and verify that you can navigate it.
