Set on 100 acres between Cold Mountain and Mount Pisgah, our property welcomes RVs, campers, tent campers, and other overnight guests looking to slow down, enjoy the outdoors, and explore Western North Carolina. Guests have access to bathhouses with bathrooms and showers, plus a pavilion for gathering and relaxing. Spend the day on onsite trails, discover the waterfall, unwind by the pond, or enjoy private access to the river. The Blue Ridge Parkway, Pisgah National Forest, and Springdale Golf Course are nearby, with local dining and mountain adventures within reach. The Depot is the heart of Camp Cruso, where guests can gather, connect, and enjoy the property. Other guests may be staying on site at the same time, so some outdoor areas and amenities may be shared. All Yours Outdoors - Camp Cruso
We are beyond grateful for Trisha and Ben for opening their gates to allow us to experience a true NC experience! Trisha and Ben made us feel right at home and even let us explore their old logger road. Toby and Daisy were the cherry on top. Couldn’t recommend this hipcamp more!

This is such a beautiful location and amazing experience with the family! The mini donkies, Highland bull, and pigs are all so friendly. Tasha and Ben’s hospitality really made the experience phenomenal! We will be coming back often 💕

All Yours Outdoors - Camp Cruso
Tasha and Ben were great hosts. They liked my cooking. They have a great setup and sell fresh, free range eggs. If you’re lucky , they may even have fresh honey. Yes, it was a cow pasture and there were some cow pies in the field, but what do you expect in a cow pasture? They are easy enough to step around. We were surrounded by beautiful mountains and it was very quiet. The neighbor, Sue, was very friendly and talkative. We would go back.

Rustic Riverside Campsite
Amazing space with the most friendly sweet hospitable people. I came with a buddy and our daughters (6 and 8) and his dog. Tasha and Ben were amazing and were more than happy to show us their farm and animals which the girls loved. They also set us up super proper! Made sure us and the girls has everything we needed and lets us explore as we wanted from there! We will be coming back!

All Yours Outdoors - Camp Cruso
Tasha is an amazing host and was very communicative and clear with all of the details we needed to know! The property was easy to find, BEAUTIFUL, and overall one of the best hipcamps I’ve stayed at. So so happy to have found this on the map and been able to stay here! The animals are so sweet and are happy to say hello if you want, but were in their own pasture section if you for some reason don’t want to meet them :) We closed the gate behind us and let my dog run around within the fenced in pasture where we were parked, and she loved it.
