We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love my place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.      Winter  Staying in the Winter is some new we're doing. The shire is so beautiful in the snow, its seemed a shame not have it open for the Winter. We have a heater in the Hobbit house we like to run during the waking hours, when ready for sleep people have been very cozy with an electric blanket and space heater if needed.  I've had guests sleep in it in temperatures down to 30 deg so far and they said they were  cozy for winter camping with the electric blankets. Like any cabin you'll be cozy but bundle up at night. :)
