This quaint little tent and private deck are nestled among the trees on the banks of the Esopus Creek in a great little neighborhood! A way to get back to nature without truly leaving it all behind. A one of a kind private waterfront escape with hot water and electric outlet! The space: Enjoy a safari style tent on your own private deck overlooking the water located in a private wooded property. Rinse off under the private a-frame shower with warm water and use the NEWLY installed Porta-Potty. This porta-potty is emptied weekly and sanitized before each guest. You won’t have to dig holes but you are camping after all!! Cook a meal on a propane grill. You are welcomed to bring aluminum trays! Charge your phones or laptops should you need to do a little work under the canopy of the trees! (Yes! There is an outlet for small devices!!!) Finally, relax under the stars on a queen sized bed in your screened in tent as the tree frogs lull you to sleep and the fireflies wow your senses with their magical glow! Feel like exploring? Take a short walk through the beautiful neighborhood to see the bison and the magnificent sunsets over the farm. We are located in a great little neighborhood so you never have to go trekking too far into nature and be totally secluded. Yet, you enjoy the half acre waterfront property all to yourself! Plenty of longer trails are easily accessible just a short drive away! If something a little bit further from nature tickles your fancy, jump in your car for a quick ride to Uptown Kingston or Saugerties where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants and shops to visit during your stay. Either way, you're sure to enjoy! End your day with a nice fire under the stars! You have two comfy Adirondack chairs and an enclosed fire pit for your use!! Be sure to bring enough wood as you’ll want to linger around the fire just a little while longer!! During the cooler months, enjoy a small heater that will warm up the tent to a toasty temperature perfect for sleeping! Very relaxing and fun summer!!! Wake up and see the water in front of you,, the accommodation is very comfortable and convenient, bbq and beers.. kayak and warm shower.. perfect summer Glamping!!!

I’ve stayed at both of Alexandra’s hipcamp listings now and they are *chefs kiss* just the perfect marriage of outdoorsy camping and convenience. The weather wasn’t the best while I was there but there was enough cover from the trees that it wasn’t bad. Stayed nice and cozy in the tent. The outdoor shower was a nice touch, especially when the water warmed up. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I loved the site!! Very peaceful, with a relaxing view in a private setting. They thought of everything you may need!! The hot shower was amazing!!

We had a great time! Went bird watching for the first time ever using new binoculars. Went kayak fishing and caught some nice perch and bass. Relaxed and cooked over campfire. Icy cold margaritas and warm shower to end each night. Good Times :)

Absolutely a perfect spot ! Wonderful week relaxing by the river & fire. Shower and new covered kitchen area were awesome - and the tent was so cozy and comfortable ! It was great to wake up overlooking the water....and enjoy tea on the deck. They even have a handy cart for you to carry wood / items down the path to camp. Very clean spot too - private - we didn't want to leave ! Would love to go back... totally worth it ! Don't pass this one up ! Pamela & Chris Cazenovia, NY

Gorgeous stay!

Oh my! My Fiancé and I had the sweetest time here! This is an absolute gorgeous location, conveniently located upstate! It was rainy on Saturday and we stayed cozy and dry in the tent! The bed was so comfy and we enjoyed reading and having quality time listening to the rain. The next day we had breakfast outside the tent and it was the most perfect sunny fall morning! We will definitely be back! Such a sweet tranquil time! The porter potty was also the cleanest I’ve ever used lol! Thank you so much Alexandra!

One of a kind!
Private Waterfront Glamping Oasis
My weekend at Hudson Cove was one that I'll never forget! My girlfriend and I are from busy urban lifestyles and this was a much needed escape. Although, close to civilization (including some amazing restaurants in Kingston!), this spot has the privacy and the natural beauty to let you disconnect and feel the weight of the world lifted from your shoulders. I've been to other glamp sites that have many guests staying at any given time with shared bathrooms, amenities, and common areas. This was NOT that... this was the first ACTUALLY private glamp site I've been to. The fire pit, grill, and kayaks all got put to good use and the shower is nicer than my own! Bed was great, tent was great, and the tent and entire site were well-lit with warm lighting. Highly recommend this to anybody who loves nature or just needs to escape for a bit to disconnect with the world and reconnect with themselves!

A step out of time.
Private Waterfront Glamping Oasis
Super sweet set up beside a peaceful river. The tent and campsite area are set up so well and they’ve thought of everything you might need- bring your clothes and food and you’re good to go. They sent detailed instructions (even a packing list, super helpful). We had dinner on the deck overlooking the river, went kayaking, had campfires. We just needed a place to get away and rest and reconnect. This was the perfect spot.

We really enjoyed Glamping at Alexandra’s land. It’s quite beautiful and peaceful. The kayaking was fantastic. We discovered new places in the Hudson Valley with amazing scenery.
