There is a 20' x 22' garage that serves as a party and hangout shelter. There is also a storage building and a small concrete slab for a barbecue and outdoor dining table. A beautiful sunset can be enjoyed overlooking a neighboring dairy farm. Close to Point Au Roche State Park, Lake Alice Primitive Wilderness, and Lake Champlain. Only 10 minutes to Plattsburgh and 60 minutes to the Adirondack High Peaks. Drive-through or back-in capable.Full access to property, utilities and buildings.
