Elon's place is a great glamping location! We loved it from the minute we got there. Elon and Stefan were great hosts, very responsive and solved any requests right away. Even though the site is located in the same property as the host's house, the location of the site is very very far away from the house, tucked away inside the valley and forest, to the point you won't even notice. The site it's outstanding and very romantic for sure! The hot water tank was a plus! We had no issues or complains, and will definitely be returning again.

The land was beautiful and perfect for a private little getaway so close to so many fantastic hiking spots and the cute farms!
Being there when the leaves were changing was breathtaking. We would definitely stay again!!
Elon was very attentive and responsive and just generally so kind!

Absolutely perfect! 100% recommend. So thoughtfully laid out. The string lights were so helpful at night and the solo stove made it very easy to cook. Very comfy bed too. It’s clear the owners really invested in this very thoughtfully. But really it’s the location that makes this place so excellent. The sound of the babbling stream and the beautiful views made for a really idyllic place. Will definitely come back!

We go glamping every year and this was one of our favorites! This space is completely private. Everything was provided for you and we enjoyed going down to the creek!
We had our pup and visited Arrowhead Brewery (dogs allowed inside and they gave him treats) Ollie’s Pizza, and also Inness for dinner and he was loved there as well on the outside deck that had an amazing view!
Communication with hosts was great as well.
Couldn’t recommend a better spot! Went to Minnewaska State Park and also Vernooy Kill Falls to hike, the waterfalls at Vernooy are definitely a must to take a swim in!

This site strikes the perfect balance between elevated glamping and back-to-basics camping. Every box was checked: a stunning creekside view, large tent perched on a raised wooden deck, and a seriously comfy bed with all the bedding essentials. The fire pit made for cozy evenings, and the onsite bathroom and lighting were huge bonuses.
There’s even a shower — just enough to rinse off the trail dust from hiking Minnewaska State Park. Water is thoughtfully provided, which reminded us to be intentional and respectful about usage.
One small challenge: washing cookware without a full kitchen setup. Next time, we’ll bring paper plates for easier clean-up. And of course, bug spray is a must — it's the woods, after all!
We’d absolutely recommend this site. It offers a chance to reconnect with nature while still enjoying some of life’s comforts.

Elon's site was everything we wanted for our weekend away. It was our first time "glamping," and not having to lug all our gear out made the trip so stress-free! The site was serene and incredibly private, with ample shade and beautiful views overlooking a creek that provided the perfect white noise for sleeping in the comfortably equipped tent. The land was full of birds and woodpeckers, and at night we were treated to a host of lightning bugs. I appreciated the rope that made accessing the creek bed easier, and the bathroom facilities were clean and well maintained. Communication and directions from the host were clear, and it's obvious they put a lot of thought into the site set up and maintenance.

This site was perfect and had everything we needed; Elon was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. There were games and cozy blankets in the tent to keep us warm and occupied during the rainy morning, and the sounds of the stream to lull us to sleep at night. I would highly recommend this site and hope to return soon!

Amazing place for a romantic retreat. The space is incredible with a comfortable bed, high end grill, hammocks for lounging after a long day of hiking, and fire pit to close out a cozy night. The instructions were very clear and the amenities were very intuitive. We didn't see anyone while we were there, so it really felt like "ours" for the weekend. We will definitely be back!

Great spot for some easy camping and total relaxation. Fall asleep, hang out, or read by the fire pit with the creeks trickling below.

This was a fantastic campsite in a very peaceful and private setting! The bed was comfy, the shower was hot, and the stream was very relaxing. The host thought of many little details that made the stay more comfortable. We are already looking forward to booking again!

We loved everything about this glamping experience! Super peaceful, quiet, and secluded. The site is overlooking a creek/ stream with a walkway providing easy access. It was a perfect spot to take a dip and swim around, especially if you want a more secluded experience than going to a water hole nearby. Clean amenities, and there is basically everything you need right at the site (clean towels/ bedding/ cookware/ utensils) which made packing a breeze. Elon and Stefan were super communicative and lovely hosts. No cell service for Verizon as stated, but we loved being unplugged for the weekend. We can’t wait to come back!

Elon’s site was Clean and well equipped; we thoroughly enjoyed the privacy and seclusion it provided!! Deck and fire pit were great for hanging out - ( bring own cushions ). Sound of stream throughout stay was awesome! As others have stated as plus or minus - zero cell service ! Download playlists to play off phone before arriving!!

It's a really wonderful site, secluded on a bluff overlooking a stream. Everything you need is provided and thoughtfully and efficiently laid out. There are multiple places to sit and a big grill and surface to prepare food, with plates, cups, utensils and even some mosquito coils, a nice fire ring, led lighting run from a little battery system that you can also use to charge things, and the hot shower is a real treat:) We had no cell service at the site - which was a big plus for us, but you should note. Just time to relax, read, and poke around the stream:)

I had such a peaceful and relaxing time on my trip here! It was quiet, the creek adds such a relaxing element to the vibe. They have such thoughtful amenities all around the site, many places to lounge and chill out, and the beautiful foliage everywhere made my time that much better. I would absolutely recommend booking this site for a quiet getaway!

We had an incredible time. It's a lovely spot and an opportunity to get away from it all but, with all the amenities you could ask. Thoughtful family friendly set up, comfy bed, wonderful view, lots of extras like games, dishes, etc. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved Elons glamping retreat! Everything was so well thought out and they were in helpful and communicative while still providing the space for me and my partner to feel like we had a much needed break from people. There is a house on the property but we did not see anyone until we were leaving for the weekend. The camp has everything you need except for food which made it really easy to just throw some clothes and snacks in the car for the weekend. Close by are some great hiking options and fun spots to eat. We had thought about taking a little trip up to Woodstock but decided that staying at the camp for the day was preferable. Hammocks down by the stream, a nice fire pit to lounge by, provided games, and the cutest outdoor shower was such a treat. This was our first hipcamp experience, when we book our next trip it's going to be really hard to not come back here! 10/10 would recommend!

The campsite was a sweet little retreat perched next to a babbling brook. Falling asleep to the sound of the stream was so relaxing. Comfy mattress with cozy blankets and a cool outdoor shower set up. Elon was helpful and responsive- we would definitely come back!
