7 Acres of open land with pond and some trees and very close to the famous Chautauqua Institution and Chautauqua Lake. This property includes some buildings which I’m working on renovating but it’s ready for guests to bring their tents and RV. This a brand new listing so I will start with a discount from now till mid June 2025. I will have Port-O-Pottie at the beginning but as business increases I’ll put the money back into getting more classy amenities. Now you can choose your site and as I get more business I will have dedicated sites.
