Primitive campsite with stunning mountain views - enjoy nature and solitude! Outside Deming, NM. 4x4 vehicle is a MUST, because the dirt roads and ground can become soft and muddy depending on weather. Off-road traction boards highly recommend. COME PREPARED. You will be provided the GPS coordinates, note there is no wi-fi, plot ahead of time. The site is remote - beyond where the roads end. This is a primitive campsite - so NO water, power or toilets are available. Please respect nature. No fireworks or trash. Pack in pack out policy. Wildlife includes mostly small animals like rabbits, prairie dogs, turtles, lizards, field mice and kangaroo mice. Bigger animals such as deer antelope and the occasional cow are out here. Dangerous animals are rattlesnakes, coyotes and cougars. Be prepared.
