Our private and spacious gravel lot offers a close seat to one of the most spectacular events of the year, with stunning views of the balloons drifting overhead and a prime location just a 15-minute walk from the Balloon Fiesta Park. Avoid the congestion of general RV parking with our private basecamp accommodating only 10 spots in our spacious lot. PROPERTY HIGHLIGHTS ✅ Unbeatable Location: Enjoy breathtaking views of hot air balloons floating above your camper, tent, or RV. Skip the traffic and experience a quick picturesque walk to the park with 360 views of high desert beauty. ✅ Comfortable and Convenient: The large, flat gravel lot provides space for your setup. While there are no hookups available, we do provide a porta-potty onsite for your convenience. ✅ Accessibility: Get the best of both worlds—it’s a quick 15-minute walk to get into the Balloon Fiesta Park or relax at your site and watch the balloons pass right above you. Please note that this Hipcamp lot shares space with some construction and farm materials. ✅ Traffic Alert: Be prepared for heavy traffic during Balloon Fiesta Special Events, especially on Thursday through Sunday mornings (5:00 am - 8:00 am) and evenings (4:30 pm - 10:00 pm). Plan your arrival and departure accordingly. ✅ Parking Notice: The adjacent parking lot will serve as overflow parking for Balloon Fiesta Special Events. Our HipCamp RV lot may also be utilized as additional parking if needed. ✅ Check-In Time: To avoid Balloon Fiesta traffic, check-in is strictly from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Balloon Fiesta 4
Cassandra and family were very kind and accommodating to our family. We had 6 sites reserved there. We LOVED being close enough to walk to the balloon fiesta. One day we sat at the campsite and watched as we were on the flight path of the balloons. We had a great time!

This was a great place to park to experience the balloon fiesta! Water and a porta potty were on site. Quiet at night and behind gates provided a secure feeling during my stay.

Convenient to Balloon Fiesta!

Camper parking spot was so convenient to Balloon Fiesta! Easily walkable to fiesta, closer than mega RV lot. Felt secure, clean porta potty and running water. Cassandra and all her friends and family were checking in, watching the lot, and made sure I knew where the good restaurants were.
