Really great site! It was quiet during the week however the weekend tenters were loud with music and talking to each other. Next time we will definitely choose a site away from them and in a more quiet place in the park. Beautiful campground however and staff

It’s a great spot with nice amenities. The kids had a blast. We’d consider coming back if we had an RV, but we were tent camping and the tent sites were really close together. But it’s always appreciated to camp somewhere with fresh water, clean bathrooms, and electricity if we wanted it.

Spacious Skies French Pond Campground was family friendly, lovely, well-organized and welcoming. There was terrific communication at every step of the way. The pond was lovely and it was quiet. The sites were spacious and ours was wooded, had electric, sewer, and water on each site, lots of sites near wooded areas. The Lakeview site was more like a short walk from our site to the pond, but the pond and beach area was substantial, set up well with Adirondack chairs, picnic tables, kayaks, on the beach. It was truly peaceful and joyful with lots of kids playing. There was an issue with the sewer at one point at a neighboring site that was resolved promptly. We left having made friends and having booked a return within a month.

The park is very pretty and we would definitely come back, but we will wait until the construction is complete on the low hanging wires. We almost took a couple out with our big rig. Highly recommend for smaller RV's though!

The campground at Spacious Skies French Pond was wonderful at the end of the season. Our spot was large, flat, easy to back in, and readily accessible with hookups. Our neighbors were dog-friendly and quiet. The restrooms were clean. The pond was home to herons and frogs! The spots are not on top of each other and positioned so that we had privacy. It was great!

We arrived at 5:15pm on Friday and the office was already closed (their website says they close at 8:00pm). They had left a map with our last name, clearly not the “Lake View” site that we had booked. Not only was it not the site we booked but it was not even comparable to what we were looking for. We waited until morning to go back to the office to get moved and to purchase firewood. The office was closed for the day due to a seasonal event, the sign stated if you needed anything to call. We called and left a message, never received a call back. Sunday, I messaged through HipCamp, no response. Called again on Monday, still no response.
They did not communicate any changes to our booking or refund the difference in cost, we were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi even being RIGHT next to the office, heated pool was closed, the pond is very shallow with a film on top and a funky smell, rec hall was closed, we were unable to rent kayaks, canoes, etc.
Very disappointed at the lack of customer care or responsiveness especially when advertising as a four-season campground.

I believe if you’re camping in a group and can get tent camp sites next to each other it would be great, if you want privacy this isn’t the place to go
I would say call and make sure that everything is up and working for heated pool is closed after Labor Day, pond not working, no wifi and the list goes on ~ Don’t go by the pictures of this place.

It was very quiet. We enjoyed walking down by the pond at least once daily. We saw a heron, ducks, frogs, tadpoles, and small fish.

Very nice campground. We had booked a tent site. Although sites are close, it was not a problem as people were respectful. Management welcomed us nicely. Toilets and showers are very clean. I would go again.

Great place to camp in NH! We needed a place to stay the night before our friend’s wedding and this campground was perfect for what we needed. If we were staying longer than 1 night we would’ve loved to enjoy the activities they had. It was quiet and well spaced out for us. It does have a lot of trees as a FYI to any Starlink users, you’ll prob have a hard time connecting.

It was apparent turning onto their drive that this campground may not be the best option for big rigs. While, the campground was decent overall and tucked away into the woods with access to the lake, it lacked privacy and the low hanging wires and electrical systems are in need of repair.

This was a perfect spot for tent camping in New Hampshire – my friends and I had a great experience. We were looking for something quiet, with showers and toilets, that allowed personal campfires, and this met all our requirements. Great opportunities for swimming and paddleboarding at the lake. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a small, quiet campground in NH.

Love the place but Site C5 is more inclined with alot of water that flows through when it rains and not many steady places to set camping gear up but worked out good. Definitely for a family of 4 and no more.

I am always anxious going to a campground for the first time but wow, Spacious Skies in Henniker really delivered! The tent sites are tucked away down a private road and were really perfect for our group. The amenities were awesome, from the super clean pool area to gem mining which was a huge hit with the 4 kids in our group (and even the adults loved it!) The bathrooms REALLY impressed me as they were clean the entire weekend and even had free showers. The camp store had so many things too. We loved it so much we booked a trip for the future again already. Can't wait to come back!

We're comin back for our 3rd season in 2024. We have loved it here. As fulltime rvers we look for places that will suit our family, and this place has filled our needs. Convenient location, pleasant and helpful staff. Howard, Kim, and Tim have been wonderful. We brought home our daughter here in 2022 too. This place is like home, mostly quiet, the beach, pool, and playground are nice benefits and we are so glad they were finally able to put in laundry units. We dont always make it to their weekend events, but love that theyre continuously working to improve with camper engagement. They have propane on site at a great price too, which saves us from trips to tractor supply.
The rent is steep compared to other places, but we are comfortable and enjoy the conveniences this place offers us.
We have loved seeing the improvements since the franchise has taken over.

We took our 5th wheel camper and spent 5 days. They do have campsites that are a little too tight for a truck and my 32ft fifth wheel, but the friendly staff quickly gave us three other sites to fit into. The staff is super friendly. The campground was clean. It is a nice relaxing kind of quiet. Like the space between sites. Will be using this place as a yearly stay.

Campground is neat and clean. Sites are good size but getting into some of them is a bit challenging. We couldn’t back into the one we reserved but the staff was more than accommodating and set us up in a better one. They are very nice and we highly recommend them and the campground.
