The directions were very clear, and the site was nice. We were in late and out early, but the composting toilet was nice and clean, and it was a quiet spot to camp for the night.

Great location with plenty of space to set up and conveniently located right off the trail. Also lots of options for food and resupply in town if needed. Miranda was very communicative and even left water for us upon arrival!

A beautiful home with spacious side land ideal for tenting. They were kind enough to make sure I had dry wood available after a day of heavy rain. Out house was well maintained. I loved the easy access to the rail trail and spent the day exploring. If you enjoy biking you have to check this place out!

Good for a last minute parking spot for the night before heading to Monadnock. Fire pit and outhouse toilet available. It's close to a road so not quiet. We were in a van, so it wasn't too bad but in a tent it's not going to feel like the wilderness.

The site was nice and had all amenities mentioned, including ample firewood. However, it was much closer to the owner’s home and the main road than the pictures showed, and didn’t provide as much of a nature retreat as we were hoping. We did not spend the whole night as we felt uncomfortable with the setting.

Not a bad site, overall. It was a lot closer to the road & to the house than expected/seemed to be in the pictures. Other than that, though, it was good.

I had a nice time! The site is in a side yard of a home in a neighborhood.There is a picnic table and composting toilet and fire pit with ample firewood and space to set up a tent. Still, however, you can definitely hear the noises/lights of other cars and neighbors. Additionally, the site was close to a fairly busy road, so most of the evening I could hear cars and trucks going by some quite loud, which I was not expecting.

Miranda was a communicative host and made sure we had everything we needed. The outhouse was clean and stocked. We really enjoyed walking along the rail walking/hiking trail which runs alongside the property. We even got delicious pizza at Pizza Haven off the trail! The site was in the host's yard so closer than I thought, but they gave us privacy. The site is convenient to local stores, allowes our pup to come along so this made it a pleasant experience as well. If you're looking for a site with total seclusion this might not be for you. Overall, nice stay and I really appreciate that Miranda shared this space with us.

The restroom was clean and stocked with toilet paper and we were far enough from the house that it felt secluded. It was comfortable!

We had a great weekend at this site! They had everything you could need - stocked outhouse, fire ring with cooking grate, drinking water, plenty of firewood. (We paid for the addon bundle) Close to Monadnock and other trails for hiking. The site was closer to the house than I expected but still felt pretty private, we didn't see anyone the whole time. We didn't go to the nearby restaurant but loved having that convenience walking distance if we needed it. Definitely comes with the territory anywhere but watch out for ticks, there's a ton in the grass around here. Bug spray kept them away though. We would book again!
