Formerly a competitive equestrian event facility, Pitch Perfect at Canterbrook is situated on a 300+ acre property consisting of agricultural farm land of all types. We have hills, streams, ponds, wetlands, meadows, and heavily wooded areas available for your exploration. Situated only an hour from Boston off of I 93, and less than 30 miles away from the famous Lake Winnipesaukee, we are perched on a picturesque dirt road in the beautiful country town of Canterbury New Hampshire. Popular attractions within a stone’s throw from us include; a gorgeous walk back in time at Canterbury’s Shaker Village, Golfing at Canterbury Woods, a unique pint of ale at Canterbury Aleworks, fabulous pick-your-own fruits and vegetables at Hackleboro Orchard, OR if you find yourself running low on supplies, Canterbury Country Store boasts having at least one of everything and is situated only one mile away from your campsite! If you need more city life amenities like grocery stores or restaurants, the capitol city of Concord to the south, and the town of Tilton to the north, are a breeze to access and are less than 20 minutes away.

Site #7 The Hideaway is a site for tent and truck camping only. We DO NOT allow towed vehicles into this site due to limited maneuvering capability. Please NOTE: signage for this site is not up yet due to relocation. Pics and reviews are accurate for the current location. It's located on it's own near the northern tip of our meadow and perched next to a running brook. It's and hidden by a deep expanse of trees which makes it our most private site. The site offers both sun and shade, in-site parking and is perfect for all sorts of tent and truck camper configurations.

Site 8 The Glade No RVs/Towed

Site #8 The Glade is an extremely private, oversized site suitable for tents and truck campers. The site sits on a natural hillside, and therefore is not FLAT. There is however, a generously sized level spot near the back of the site to set up sleeping arrangements. It has ample room for in-site parking for multiple vehicles and offers a consistent supply of both sun and shade.

#4 Field View is one of nicest of the wooded sites at Pitch Perfect at Canterbrook. It is a full shade TENT SITE, which can easily accommodate van camping too. It has a gorgeous peek-a-boo view of the meadow from an elevated position. It also has ample room for in-site parking or extra tents. Please be aware that #4 is not suitable for towed campers, or RV's unless they are very small and you are a skilled navigator.                                                    ~~~~~~~~~~~ Our farm and beautiful surroundings puts you smack in the middle of nature. We love it that way and our family has been doing our level best to preserve it for the last 60 years. We ask our campers to help us do the same. So, we respectfully require the following: - refrain from using soaps in or near our natural water sources - no hunting or harming of animals - carry out your own refuse (dumpster provided) - refrain from any activities that could detract from nature, or interfere with the enjoyment of other campers - feel free to roam at leisure on our property, but please do not enter areas near our home or barns (except for emergency) - honor strict local noise ordinance; quiet after 10pm and before 8am. - we have horses on the property, please honor their space by respecting fencing and gates, and above all, refrain from giving them treats…even if they beg By reserving, you agree to adhere to these common-sense requirements. Site 12 Pine Nook

#12 Pine Nook is a private, amply sized site nestled within a stand of tall pines, between a large knoll and gorgeously wooded pasture land. It offers mostly shade, but one end of the oversized site is sunny. It's best suited for tents and truck campers, but can accommodate RV's and towed campers if the driver is very skilled. Navigation can be a challenge due to the large pines lining the way into and around the site.

Site 3 Winterbrook 2 per/TENT

Site #3 Winterbrook is a 2 person TENT only accommodation. This shady site has room for one tent and is nestled in a wooded gully next to a natural water source that *only* runs in the winter months. In site parking for one vehicle is possible in the dry months, however wetter times calls for parking about 30 feet away. The site is heavily wooded, and perfect for those looking for a deep forest feel. It is also conveniently located very near camp facilities.

Site 11 Pine View

#11 Pine View is a large, half sun/half shade site nestled in a stand of large pine trees. It is suitable for all types of camping configurations, however towed vehicles require a skilled driver to navigate around the trees. It offers gorgeous elevated views of an expansive wooded pasture and has very easy access to all amenities.

#10 Brookbend is one of our more popular sites due to it being perched beside a running brook. It offers full morning shade, and full afternoon sun that is tree and water lined on one side, yet has unhindered maneuvering and parking for all types of vehicles thanks to the size of the meadow on the other side. It is close to all amenities and perfect for families with children.

#5 The Secret Field

One of our premiere sites at Pitch Perfect at Canterbrook, #5 The Secret Field is situated in the wooded part of the campground and best suited for small groups traveling together. The site is oversized with parking for multiple vehicles, tents, rv's, and travel trailers.  Navigating in and out of The Secret Field with larger vehicles is no problem as it has it's own access road and there is ample room for turning and maneuvering. The Secret Field sits in a clearing above all the other wooded sites, and atop a small tree lined hill. Privacy is no issue thanks to it's elevated position and the bank of trees lining the site, yet it still offers peek-a-boo views to other sites and the campground proper.                                                             ~~~~~~~~~~~ Our farm and beautiful surroundings puts you smack in the middle of nature. Site 10 Brook Bend
We had such a relaxing and enjoyable time at Perfect Pitch Canterbury. Thanks to this host's great communication and description, everything went off without a problem. The bubbling brook that goes right along the campsite made wonderful, calming sounds to fall asleep to. There were other campers at other sites on the property, and we hardly even noticed them. We look forward to returning one day soon.

We stayed on a Monday after Labor Day. We had the place to ourselves. The brook was perfect to relax next to. Our dogs loved the campground, exploring it made for a great walk. The host was welcoming and encouraged us to use the dumpster on our way out! We would stay again when coming through.

Site 7 The Hideaway (no towed)
Site 7 was absolutely wonderful. I spent the first night here alone for the first time and I couldn't if asked for a better host for it. The property was very beautiful and LeeAnn was very nice and came on down to introduce herself. The thought of a shower bag, water and wood right on the site is so thoughtful. We had an amazing time and only left in the wee hours of the morning due to downpours of rain. We will be back probably many times!

Our site was very private and LeeAnn was a fabulous host!! She was very available but didn’t bother us by driving by a million times like other campgrounds do! We had so much fun and enjoyed the amenities she provided us. Site 7 was great!

Site 2 Royal Oak Tents/Trucks
It was in a very wooded area that had a lot of bugs. It was hard to enjoy sitting outside at times. There were other sites like in the meadow that looked better. It was a cool place but not as many places to explore as expected as there were mostly campsites. It was close to the Boston area and pretty quiet which made it a nice place to get away

Site 10 Brook Bend
This was our third time there this season and again we had a great time. Anyone looking to rough it a bit should check it out. We were in our 17’ RV which is setup for dispersed camping and had no issues at all. The host LeeAnn is super attentive and friendly.

Campsite #4 Field View Tent/Truck
We had a great time on LeeAnn's land! Check in was easy, and she welcomed us on the first night. There are a variety of camp sites (shade, sun, secluded, open, ect) to choose from, and #4 was a fully-shaded, wooded, mostly private spot. Love that dogs are welcome, there is dry firewood available to purchase, and that there are fairly clean porta potties to use!

Stayed at site #9 and it was great. Couldnt have been easier, pick your map/packet up as you pull in, go find your site and setup. LeeAnn stopped by shortly after arrival and she was a pleasure to talk with. Cant wait to go back and try another site.

Site 6 Hills Corner
LeeAnn's Hipcamp was incredible! We stayed at Site 6, 9 and 10 and they were perfect. 9 and 10 were right next to the brook and created such a peaceful ambience. 6 is across the way in the field and had a nice view of everything. LeeAnne was so helpful and kind, we would love to come back!

We love camping at LeeAnns place, beautiful area ,peaceful and amazing to see the horses ! We love listening to the water in the Brook and enjoying the huge fields of wild flowers! We have become return visitors and this one of our favorite spots! Leeann takes wonderful care to offer all things needed at sites and we appreciate the little touches like trash cans and water !

Great little private spot. Having the wood at each site & a little solar shower were thoughtful amenities. If you want the most private site in the camp go for site #7. Hang your hammock by the creek and rock the day away!

Site 2 Royal Oak Tents/Trucks
We had a wonderful stay at Pitch Perfect at Canterbrook. We were on site #2 which is tucked away in a fully shaded site. The port a john is a short walk away maybe 300 feet. It's clean and well stocked. Each site has ample firewood for purchase. I hammock camp and although this site has plenty of trees they're all so close together it was tough to find an adequate spot. If you're a hammock camper you will have better luck in sites 3, 4, 11, or 12.

Brook Side Camping (#9)
LeeAnn has a very beautiful property! Our site #9 brookside was on the edge of the meadow so you could see all the wildflowers as well as listen to brook. When we went the brook was shallow but we still were able to sit and cool off. The sites are very far spaced out but due to the meadow easily visible. Was a very peaceful escape to the woods and was a very shaded site which was much appreciated during the heatwave.

We enjoyed camping on LeeAnn’s land and meeting her the first night. There was lots of space between sites and ours had a great view of the night sky. The directions were clear and the site had everything we expected.

The site was great. We stayed at site 7 which had great privacy. The site is beautiful with the babbling brook which is peaceful. The map is a little off by LeeAnn does a good job of providing updated map at check in. Will be staying again.

Site 10 Brook Bend
Everything it was absolutely wonderful. The host LeeAnn was so wonderful. It was quiet and no problem with the dogs, our three dogs enjoyed it. It was a lovely Brook was very peaceful. We already booked for Labor Day weekend and we’re looking to go again in August. Also the Facilities were absolutely immaculate. Respectfully, Marcel Kidder.

This was our first time at Perfect Pitch and our first time doing dispersed camping…we had a blast! The campground and the weather was awesome but the property and the host stole the show! We highly recommend this location for campers looking to rough it a little. Thank You!

I have made multiple trips to Pitch Perfect and my second time at site 4. They all have their own unique charm and this one is the camping under the canopy with a view of a wildflower field. Lee is a great host ( makes the time to check in and remembers her repeat guests). The site is open and tidy with a generous stone fire pit. The wood you can purchase is protected under a covered holder to ensure a great burn. As well the site is provided with a solid pic table, large water jug, a solar bladder for hand wash ups and there is a port a potty close by. All in all we love going there and have brought friends to this Hip Camp location. Can’t wait till next visit.

Site 7 The Hideaway (no towed)
I spent 2 peaceful nights tent camping at site #7 with 4 of my girlfriends. The site is beautiful, clean, spacious, flat, and most importantly to us, private! The closest site was around 200 feet away through dense tree cover, and with the brook running right by our site, we couldn’t hear anything at all from them. We loved dipping our toes in the water and stargazing. The menu for purchasing extras was affordable and easy, and Leeann even accommodated us by delivering a refill camp shower! The site was a little difficult to locate, even with the map and instructions in our welcome packet. Even so, this was the perfect spot for us to escape to. My group is already planning our annual trip to the same site!

Brook Side Camping (#9)
What a beautiful place, LeeAnn was so welcoming and even put out potable water for washing dishes and a hanging shower bag. Even though the temps were in the 90's campsites 9 & 10 were shaded in the morning so we didn't swelter in our tents and the brook running next to the sites was refreshing to dip our feet into in the hot afternoon. 10/10 would recommend.

Site 6 Hills Corner
My family and I stayed at campsite #6 (Hills Corner). The site was very roomy and could easily fit several vehicles/tents if needed. We only used 1 overland truck setup with a RTT and it was perfect. The one thing I really liked was that once the sun was past its peak (around 1-2PM) this particular site had great shade since it is on the edge of the tree line. The sunrise was nice and bright and an amazing view over the tree's. We had some noisier than preferred neighbors near us but it was 4th of July weekend so we were understanding of that, I am sure the other campsites closer to the noisy group was much more annoyed but we were just far enough to hear but not be too bothered. LeeAnn stopped by briefly to check in on us and she was super nice. Her whole operation there at Pitch Perfect was super easy and seamless. It made our 1st time camping such an amazing experience. We plan to tweak our camping setup and return in the not too far future.
