We enjoy walking around and having a camp fire at night. The place is safe and have everything you need for camping.

We really enjoyed the peace and quiet among the trees and creek. The site had lots of seating around the fire pit, a table for cooking and card games, and a nice walking loop to stretch your legs between relaxing activities. We would love to return!

It was a nice place to stay cause you are able to disconnect from society and have some mental relaxation. It felt like you were actually deep in the woods. The outhouse was pretty clean but bring some sort of powder that will turn liquid into a gel which will help removing the bag from outhouse.

We had a great last minute getaway here. Access was super easy and they even tried to fix the dirt road so we could get our little Prius in (which we were able to, but it had been unusually dry). Note that if you plan to cook the only cooking equipment is the grate itself and some brushes to clean it so you may want to supplement a bit. Very quiet and private, but with easy access to the area if you don’t plan to stay at the site the whole time.

Such a great spot for a weekend getaway! The site had everything you’d need for a great experience. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, plenty of seating, and awesome location right by Crooked Run stream! We did see a fair amount of ticks but we didn’t have too many problems with them. I’d definitely stay here again in the future!

Such a sweet spot for a getaway! So quiet and peaceful. It was a gorgeous day and we sat in the Adirondack chairs and watched the river and had a great time. I would definitely return here! Thank you Judith!

We needed a quick break from our daily routine and the constant city noise. This site was so calm and peaceful during the day and simply the perfect escape for me and the pups. Judy was very nice and made sure we were all set when we arrived and during the trip as well... We will be returning for sure...🐾💫

All the joy of camping without the crowded campground feel. My kids played in the river all day. My husband kayaked upstream and caught a ton of fish. I got to relax and read on the hammock by the fire. Couldn't ask for anything better!

Judith was very attentive and clear with our booking! Only having one night to camp and not wanting to set up and break down a tent, this site was perfect. All the things you need, great fire pit, table & benches, Adirondack chairs and a great little bench down near the river. Although the water wasn’t rushing, the river was nice and our dog absolutely loved it!

"I loved Judith's campground. It's a very private Tentrr site with great picnic tables and a fireplace. The Tentrr tent is spacious and includes a queen-sized bed inside."

We love Tentrrs for when we just want to throw the camping bag in the car and not worry about setting everything up. Glad to see them popping up on HipCamp since Tentrr folded. This was a nice site next to the water that had the normal conveniences. It was very private and quiet. Judith was friendly and courteous.
I do think the listing needs updating and could use some further descriptions. It should be noted that the top bunk doesn’t exist anymore, nor does the mattress. It’s just a queen bed now, which was fine for my husband and I with our 8 year old, but it was surprising that the photo isn’t accurate. There’s also no linens provided, which would be fine either way, but should be noted. We didn’t bring them besides an emergency sleeping bag and we were very cold the first night because we used it to cover their mattress. There is a great propane heater provided, which we were thankful for. We were meeting friends locally so we were able to borrow blankets. We just would have packed a lot differently had we known this information.

Beautiful space for camping right next to a great stream. Our dog loved playing in the water. Easy to get to. You have to check out Over the Moon while you’re nearby.

So secluded and directions were very clear, glad I had a jeep as there’s quite a bit of mud getting in. The site had a shower, toilet, cooler of water for us. Right on the river, fields for the dog to run through, exactly what I was looking for.
