Camp Ebb and Flow is located on the western edge of the White Mountains, near the crossing of the Appalachian Trail and a short drive to VT. Three lakes nearby for swimming, kayaking, and fishing. Hiking trails nearby. The camp offers RV sites with water, electricity, and sewer, an RV site with no hookups, and several tent sites. One of the tent sites has water and electricity and another has electricity with nearby water. There is bathhouse with two toilets and two vanities as well as a shower with changing room. Potable water is also available from a spigot at the bathhouse. There are over six acres of mowed fields for activities and walking. There is also a lovely brook running through the property with many areas you can cool off in from the summer heat. This property has a lengthy history going back to colonial times. It’s been a farm, an apple orchard, and once had a sawmill. Please check the calendar for available dates. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. Whenever possible, try to arrive before dark because there are no lights at most sites, which can make setup difficult. A note regarding electric vehicles (EV): If you have an electric vehicle and would like to tent camp, please select one of our full hookup RV sites. If you have the proper electric adapter for your vehicle, you can charge your vehicle at the 30A RV plug while tenting in the field near the RV site. We do not supply these adapters, and we cannot allow you to charge your vehicle unless you have reserved an RV site with full hookups. If you do not see an open site for the days you'd like to get away, please contact us. Sometimes we can make other arrangements, allowing you to stay.

Cascade Rocks Tent Site

One of our most popular sites, this site is very private on the outskirts of the property. It is situated in shade trees at the edge of the brook where the water cascades over the ledge rocks. The sound of running water will be sure to lull you to sleep. The site has a private stone fire pit. There are no picnic tables at any of our sites. You can access several shallow dipping areas from the campsite. There is no water or electricity at this site, but we can supply you with a five-gallon jug of clean drinking water if desired. It is easy to access with your vehicle to unload your camping gear and park. This site could also be ideal for a vehicle roof top tent or a very small pop-up camper (back in access). Please check the calendar for available dates. PLEASE NOTE: 1. For major holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Columbus Day) a 3-night minimum stay is required. 2. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. Fern Hollow Tent Site W/E 15A

One of our most popular sites! This tent site offers water and electric hookup (15A) at the site. The site is situated in the shade at the edge of the brook, surrounded by ferns, ash trees, and spruce trees. It also has a small stone fire pit and string lights. There are no picnic tables at any of our sites. This site is quaint for 1-2 people but can also accommodate larger groups, up to 8 people (1-6 tents depending on size). Easy access with your vehicle to unload your camping gear. This site has the added benefit of being able accommodate a small camper, such as a pop up or teardrop style camper (up to 12’ long – please inquire if your camper is slightly larger). This site has space for 2 vehicles, but we have space nearby for 2-3 more if needed. PLEASE NOTE: 1. For major holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, and Columbus Day) a 3-night minimum stay is required. 2. Check-in is no later than 9pm unless late arrival arrangements have been made prior to booking. This site is very private on the outskirts of the property. It is situated in shade trees at the edge of the brook. The sound of running water will be sure to lull you to sleep. The site has a private stone fire pit. You can access several shallow dipping areas from the campsite. There is no water or electricity at this site, but we can supply you with a five-gallon jug of clean drinking water if desired. There are no picnic tables at any of our sites. It is easy to access with your vehicle to unload your camping gear and park. This site has space for one large tent or two smaller tents. Wi-Fi access if desired or remain disconnected if you prefer. Lovely brook running through property as well as mountain views. Guests have access to a large garden cart to wheel camping gear to the site a short distance from parking across the brook (foot bridge access). Parking for your vehicle is nearby and within site. Another one of our popular sites. This easy to access site is located on the edge of the brook in a well shaded area. You will easily hear the brook as you relax and enjoy the outdoors. This site is large and level with drive through access – park right at the site. This site will easily accommodate 1 large tent or 2 smaller tents. This site is very versatile and has the ability to accommodate a small camper such as a pop up (10' max), tear drop camper (10' max), or roof top tent. Electricity (15amp) is at the site with nearby water hookup. Wi-Fi is great at this site and there is a string of party lights to illuminate your evenings if desired. There is a nice stone fire pit to enjoy a private fire. This site also has the advantage of a being a quick walk to the bath house. There are no picnic tables at any of our sites. Please check the calendar for available dates. Should your party have more guests than this site will allow, please let us know. We can open additional sites for the extra guests which you can reserve. This will allow you to register those additional guests. I had an amazing weekend camping on Jeff and Jill’s property! This was my first time camping alone and I felt incredibly safe. The property and campsites are beautiful. Jeff and Jill even brought me one of their sleeping bags because they were worried I might get too cold if temperatures dropped at night! I will definitely be coming again in the future.

Our stay at Camp Ebb and Flow was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, hosts Jeff and Jill greeted us with such kindness and warmth that we instantly felt right at home. They went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations for hiking trails, scenic road trips, and great spots to grab a bite — their hospitality truly set the tone for our visit. The property itself is beautifully maintained — spotless, thoughtfully landscaped, and full of charm. It’s clear that Jeff and Jill take great pride in keeping everything in perfect condition. We especially appreciated their off-leash policy, as we travel everywhere with our dog, Dex, and he absolutely loved the freedom to roam and explore safely. I'd be remiss if I did not mention the bath house, yes, there's also a bath house. It's all enclosed, climate controlled, spotless, and includes Jill's personal touch with the stellar decor. If you’re looking for a place to escape the everyday hustle and recharge, look no further. Camp Ebb and Flow offers the perfect balance of peace and natural beauty. The gentle brook on the property was one of our favorite spots to unwind, listen to the soothing sounds of nature, and simply breathe. There’s no question — we’ll definitely be back. Beautiful property! Jeff & Jill were the friendliest, most accommodating people. Everything was well thought out (privacy, hot water shower, 2 toilets, the signs, string lights by each site, etc.) I would highly recommend Cascade Rocks site - it was private and spacious. It peaceful listening to the brook at night.

Great site right on the river. Very quiet and peaceful. Jeff and Jill were amazing host. Their bathhouse was done very well. Every little detail was well thought out. You can tell they wanted to make a space that people could come and enjoy. We would highly recommend staying at Ebb and Flow. We will definitely be returning with friends.

This was one of the most delightful getaways we've had. The owners of this property are incredibly kind and accommodating, you feel like family. The property is idyllic, remote but not too far from a town. Lots of outdoor activities nearby. The bath house is beautiful with two toilets and a shower. Very clean. The solar string lights around camp look great too. The giant field is great for poochies and kiddos. Can't recommend enough.

Cascade Rocks Tent Site
We stayed at the cascade rock tent site and absolutely loved it! Jeff and Jill are extremely nice and showed us to our site for the night and made a point to introduce themselves to us at separate times. The campground also had bathrooms and showers which were very clean and the campsite also offered WiFi as well. Would stay here again if passing through the area.

The property! The bath house!! The hosts!!! We love this camp so much, we are repeat visitors and it never disappoints. Jill and Jeff are lovely people with sincere concern that their guests enjoy their stay. The attention to the details in the bath house are above and beyond anything you would expect camping and even surpasses some hotels. Maybe we’ll see you there on our next visit🏕️

Wonderful camp with a mixture of tent, RV and pull through sites. We chose the Frog Belly Hollow tent site with our bronco and rooftop tent. Wooded, with a great fire pit and burbling brook running alongside. Jill and Jeff have probably the best bathhouse on HipCamp. Everything is spotless and the shower is hot. Many sites have electric and water hook-ups and bug zappers strategically placed up in the trees help reduce the mosquitoes. Highly recommend and will certainly return.

The second we pulled into ebb and flow we were welcomed by Jeff and Jill, the property is gorgeous, very very well maintained, the bath house is brand spanking new, Cool little swimming hole in Brook, tons to do in the area, CHEAP fire wood, could not have asked for a better weekend and better hosts!! Thanks Jeff and Jill, see you again soon!

Cascade Rocks Tent Site
Very happy with our stay at the Cascade Rocks site on Jeff and Jill's lovely property. The creek running alongside the site was very peaceful to listen to while we sat by the campfire and it provided some great white noise to relax you to sleep. Jeff and Jill were great hosts that made sure we had what we needed, provided great recommendations on what to do nearby, and really made us feel welcome. There's some great hiking & swimming spots within a 30-40 minute drive too so plenty to do nearby. Highly recommend camp Ebb & Flow!

This place is so magical. From the hosts to the camping, all the things to do around the area. The new bath house is amazing!! They did such a great job on it! Community fires ( if that’s your thing) or fires at your site. The grounds are immaculate and the brook will lull you to sleep. The new bath house is amazing and they did such a great job building it. We would love to keep this place a secret, but then others would not get to enjoy this little piece of heaven.

What an amazing site! The location was peaceful and incredibly scenic, perfect for a relaxing escape into nature. The creek nearby added such a soothing touch to the experience. Jeff & Jill were wonderful hosts—warm, welcoming, and attentive. They made sure everything was just right, and you can tell they genuinely care about creating a great experience for their guests. I would absolutely come back again

Jeff and Jill were very welcoming. My son and I even got a UTV tour of the property once we parked at our site. They have created a very beautiful camp. It's clear they have put a lot of work into the campground and enjoy hosting folks. There are many little touches that make this place quite special. Our site had nice mood lights strung through the trees. The shower house is the most beautiful of any campground, I have ever been too, by far. It's nicer than my house's bathroom lol. The fire pit at our camp was very cool with large flat boulders creating a three side surround. The large creek is beautifully lined with large stone the entire length of camp with several bridges that cross it. They invited us to sit at their camp for a big fire which had, as far as I could tell, all the campers and some cool neighbors. There were lots of stories told and a lot of laughs shared. We loved it and definitely plan to return when we visit the area next year. My favorite part was when Jill decided to set off a large fire heated lantern that floats into the sky and they invited my 12 yr old son to help. I pulled out my phone to capture it and its now my highlight video of this roadtrip. Simply awesome stuff. Thanks Jeff and Jill!

Jeff and Jill have graciously put together such a pleasant hideaway camp on their land. The property is welcoming, well organized, well planned and clearly well cared for by Jeff and Jill. I am hesitant to even write out a review as I don't want to blow up a special spot! Further, it was refreshing to be on the edge of the national forest, but not in the summer busy spot hub-but further east. We will definitely make and appearance at the Ebb and Flow again!

The Perfect Weekend

This site was such an amazing experience. We fell asleep to the sound the river running by our tent and got some amazing stars the first night! Jill & Jeff couldn't have been kinder or more accommodating. They made some wonderful recommendations in the area (Hatchland Farms is a must do!). We spent the afternoons sitting with our feet in the river and reading books. At night the campfire was an amazing bonus! This was our first experience with a Hipcamp and needless to say, we are completely hooked! We are already looking forward to our next trip here.

This campground is extremely well-maintained with a beautiful view of a surrounding mountain. Jeff and Jill came out to greet us and were extremely friendly. I noticed they greeted every guest that arrived. :D We talked with them quite a bit and found out just how much work they have done since they purchased the property in 2016. There is a beautiful brook running through the property, with funny, creative signs around every corner. Our site was mostly shaded, especially in the afternoon, when it was needed the most - and right next to a hookup for electricity, sewer, and water. They also had a fast wifi connection - although we tried to be off our phones, since we were trying to get away from the craziness of the world. The BATHROOM with a Shower is Top-Notch! We have been using HipCamp for 5 years and have been to more than 20 locations across the US. This is the BEST bathroom and shower we've ever used. It's not only clean, but downright adorable! I've never taken pics of a bathroom before. LOL - this one I did. We would definitely go back again, if we're in the area!

Jeff and Jill are fabulous hosts! Our camp site was right next to the brook and it was fabulous. The bath house is unreal.
