The site is cut grass in a field. It was nice to camp on. The appeal is helped out by being right next to the River public boat ramp for a view, and you can walk over to use the public pit toilet. I'd come again. It's low-priced and near Yellowstone.
The owner has said there is "Potable drinking water is available at this listing. (Hose, Bottled water or jugs)" but after a few texts and 30 minutes of my time searching, he said that was an error. So bring your own water.

We enjoyed this location a lot. It was so convenient to “town” near the BBQ joint and fun saloon with live music. Also easy to get over to Chico Hot Springs for a soak.

Smack dab in the middle of Paradise, this isn’t just any mowed field. It has a vibe: Native American teepee poles, river access, and mountain views all around! Loved it!

This a great spot! Great views and great property. Spot was very clean and tidy. Great Basecamp for Chico Hot Springs, Yellowstone Hot Springs, YNP and Old Saloon concerts. You can hang out/entertain children at the river access on hot days, it's just a short walk away. Do be aware that you are quite close to the Old Saloon, so you can hear the music on nights they have live performances.

Beautiful location…the grass site was so much better than dirt and gravel. Being surrounded by 360 degree mountains was fitting for Paradise Valley. Proximity to the Yellowstone River is primo. There is a vault toilet at the river access, which is right beside the site. We felt like we were in the smack dab center of Paradise Valley—Livingston 30 miles away, Gardiner 30 miles away, the Old Saloon just down the road, Chico Hotsprings nearby. An address number at the turn off would be helpful.

Good spot; quiet enough and close enough to getting on the river, enjoying Old Saloon, or just relaxing and staring at the stars! Good space for 2 campers, 4 people. River access nearby not too noisy.

We loved our time in this campsite. 4th of July weekend near Yellowstone is crazy with people, but we found our own little quiet space - thank you! Easy access to Yellowstone but we spent our time Jeepin’ the mountain roads. We enjoyed the restaurants in Emigrant which were easy to access.

Beautiful location! We booked another weekend the same day as check out. Centrally located to great fishing, dinning, concerts and Yellowstone. Only downfall would be there can be a decent about of traffic on the road outside of the camp. We were hoping to walk to a concert at old saloon but the bridge across was too narrow and folks were zipping right by us. No fault of the owner but good to know if planning to walk into Emigrant. Would highly recommend!

Travis' land was a great place to camp for myself and a few friends. Easy access to the River and local entertainment options in Emigrant. The stars were UNBELEIEVABLE.

This is a beautiful spot! They call it Paradise Valley for a reason. A perfect way to experience the Yellowstone area without the crowds. When you’re there, be sure to eat at the Emigrant Outpost and Wildflour bakery.

Very nice spot for tent camping (as we did) but would also be great for a small camper van/RV. Level, mowed, and easily accessible. Very responsive host. Could not ask for better views anywhere! Only negative about the experience (not the fault of the host at all): the Old Saloon had live music on Saturday night and it was loud enough to keep us awake until they closed. Sounded like there was another venue close by that had competing music going at the same time (very drum-heavy). For us, this took something away from the serenity of the place. If you’re into the music, you’ll absolutely love this site. If you just want a beautiful, quiet place to chill and sleep - better not plan on being in this site on Saturday night.

Stunning mountain views! The site is near a boat launch so there are people in view (not completely private if that’s what you prefer). We were just passing through and needed one night and it worked well for us. We also had cell service.
