It was a nice flat spot. We were the only campers. It was close to the road, but not too many cars. Tyler sent me some documents but I could not open them.
Tyler recommended a great bike ride!

Tyler has a nice setup with everything you could need. There are multiple campsites but the spacing is good. I did encounter a black bear but wasn't alarmed, as he was more afraid of me. I felt very safe and the spot was quiet and peaceful.

Solid location on the res. Close enough to town: far enough to feel separated. Lots of wildlife in the area. Had bears by our camp at night time. Host greeted us upon arrival and directed us to accommodations. Would stay again for sure.

This site was great for us. We were in a 27 foot motorhome. Our brother and sister-in-law were in a tent. Right after we got there, took our chairs and enjoyed chatting by the river. Very enjoyable. Easy to use site. Thank you!

Nice location, gracious host. There’s bear scat, so that was cool and we were hoping to spot one, but didn’t. Lots of open space, friendly dog came over and hung out with us for a while, our dogs loved that. My only complaint is there is no visible address at the entrance to the property. We drove by it twice trying to figure out if we were driving our 30’ trailer up onto someone’s private property.

Very lovely property! Tyler and his family are warm and welcoming, and seem to have thought of everything. I spent a few days listening to the creek rush by and had a very restorative, relaxing visit~ highly recommended!

We stayed for almost two weeks on Tyler's property and had a great time! We felt very comfortable and safe and Tyler was an awesome host- very accommodating, helpful, and easy to communicate with. It was really nice having full hookups during Montana's heatwaves. The creek on the property is so lovely to sit by. Our pup had a great time running around and meeting other dogs. We saw lots of wildlife in the area and when it wasn't smokey, the mountains and stars were beautiful. This spot is great to explore both the Missoula area and Flathead Lake/Glacier. Thank you for having us, Tyler!

Mountain Views With A Creek
This was perfect for what we needed! The view of the Missions mountain range was incredible, it was in a great location between Missoula and Glacier, and it was really easy to find and setup camp. Having a little stove and tables was helpful for cooking.

Super comfortable spot, with a friendly host! Pretty much the ideal stay if you’re looking for a quiet Montana Countryside experience. The mountains are insane, probably crazier without smoke! Highly recommend:)

Tyler has a great property. Unfortunately the smoke obscured the mountain views, but when we could get glimpses of them, they were really cool!
Access to the creek is an awesome addition to this hipcamp, our two year old daughter played in the creek until we had to carry her home each evening.
If you plan to visit both Flathead Lake and Missoula this location makes a ton of sense. It's about 45 minutes to Flathead Lake State Park and Big Arm. It's also about 45 minutes to Missoula in the opposite direction.
Potable water, sewer dump and trash were all easily accessible.

It was lovely staying by beautiful Mission Creek. Sadly the view of the Mission Mountains was obscured by heavy wildfire smoke. The host Tyler was very good to work with.

Tyler is a welcoming host who is knowledgeable about the local area. His spot is situated in a lovely area with Mountain views and a creek. It’s a safe and quiet place to spend the night, and very easy to get to off the highway.
FYI that you will be in the yard with little privacy (unless you choose site 1). But if you know what to expect you’ll find it a good place for a night, or to base yourself for exploring local attractions. Thanks, Tyler!

Tyler is a great host! What a nice family, he is very helpful and it was a pleasure meeting him. The site was great, nice breeze on hot days and a neat creek close by. His site is close to everything we wanted to do. We will definitely came back and highly recommend!

We enjoyed the big grassy field of site #1 and felt like we had enough privacy. We walked around with the dog and she liked splashing around the creek and playing ball in the field. There was a great view of the mountains and was convenient for accessing the highway. Worked great as a place to crash while passing through!

I can’t say enough how much we loved staying at Tyler’s place. He was above and beyond accommodating. His family is also just as welcoming. The dump station was easy to use and he has a water fill-up right next to it with frigid cold well water. Each designated spot is a great size and well maintained. Tyler also shared a google maps link to share all the hikes and cool things in the area with us. We stayed 9 nights and cold of easily stayed longer. Thanks again Tyler for such a relaxing spot to enjoy beautiful Montana.

Tyler has a great place to Boondock! He is very friendly and helpful. He has a fun river behind his his house that we played in for a while. The air-conditioning in our motorhome stopped working end it was 100° that Day so Tyler let us hook up to the electric and water site for the night. It was very nice of him. We ended up finding an Indian reservation campsite right on the lake so we stayed there for a couple nights. Even though we were not around Tyler still texted me ideas and recommendations for things to do with the kids. It was a great place to stay and we had a great time in Saint Ignatius

There were truly beautiful views of the mountains at this location. We enjoyed camping at site 1, as we had the whole field to ourselves. Some deer passed by our tent both nights we stayed, making it feel like camping in the woods. The campsite was kept very clean. We would like to visit again!

Great safe spot to stay. The glacier creek behind the hosts house was beautiful, and the RV dump station and water was really nice to use. There were lots of other big RVs camped in the grassy sectioned off plots, so it is not secluded or really private, but ease of access was terrific on our road trip.

We loved staying here. The place was clean. Tyler was great help, he helped us find places to go that were amazing. It was very quiet except for the barn owl that decided the screech at us at 4:30 AM we would absolutely stay here again.
