Best for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or potable water at this Hipcamp.
Welcome to our little private property here in Montana! Our space consists of 20 acres, mostly beautiful green meadow with some wooded mountain areas. There are plenty of areas to park and set up camp, but no official “camp spots,” so feel free to find a place you like best and set up there. We welcome large groups and events—just ask us about pricing differences. We have one very large community fire pit with wood available for a donation (run by our two boys). Our place is very close to several lakes, with McGregor Lake being 15 minutes away, Bitterroot Lake less than 10 minutes away, and the Thompson Lake Chain about a 30-minute drive, plus many others nearby. We are close to the Hilltop Bar and Grille and McGregor Lake Lodge. Happy’s is about a 30-minute drive away. All three are great places to grab a drink or a meal. We do not have any porta-potties or running water on site, so we are best suited for self-contained RVs. We also live here on the property with our three boys, brown lab, cat, and pigs. We enjoy dirt biking, four-wheeling, and exploring around the property, so you will most likely see us during your stay. Other than us and other campers, you’ll have the place to yourself. It’s very private with no nearby neighbors. It’s a great place for some peace and quiet and stargazing. We love our little slice of heaven and hope you’ll enjoy it as well.
