Nestled on the East Side of the picturesque Bad Medicine Lake, our resort offers a serene escape surrounded by lush Birch and Pine trees. Conveniently located just 10 miles west of Itasca State Park along State Highway 113, and 17 miles north of Park Rapids on Highway 71, our resort is easily accessible for visitors. After turning onto Highway 113, a short 2-mile drive down East Bad Medicine Road leads you to our tranquil setting, just below the southern boundary of Itasca State Park. For those looking to enrich their stay, we invite you to join us for Sunday morning services at The Chapel of the Good Creation, located on our grounds. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, we welcome all denominations to gather for a rejuvenating service at 11 am. Enjoy fellowship and coffee in a relaxing atmosphere, making your visit to Bad Medicine Resort a truly memorable experience.
