NOTE: For Winter, we highly recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles. We have a steep driveway on a dirt road!.One queen bed on main floor and two twin beds in loft! WI-FI & smart TV w/ Netflix, Hulu, and prime! Right on the river bank and less than 1/4 to private lake access. Grill, firepit, swings & trampoline! Below the treehouse is a sitting area with table, chairs and hammocks. Peace, quiet, and lots of wildlife! Please note: there is no running water inside the treehouse! Bathroom situation is: Not far from the treehouse for convience there is a porta potty that is serviced weekly by company and sanitized between guests. There is a hand washing station there as well.
Shower/bathing: my home is on the property and there is a full shower and bath with essentials on the upstairs floor which is private. You do enter thru the front door in the main house to access that bathroom, but it is available to use 24/7 during your stay!
There is a propane heater inside the treehouse & heated mattress pads with controls for all the beds. Plenty of extra blankets and subzero sleeping bags also!
Starlink WIFI, wood for fires, Gas grill, grill utensils, basic cooking supplies, with cups, water, paper plates. Coffee maker, coffee supplies, toaster and mini fridge :)
