Love this site, private and pretty peaceful, can relax by the river or for short hikes in the property, nice being gated as well. Park across the street has a short trail that follows the river and public restrooms. Great host will always return.

It was so pretty! It was just isolated enough to not have to deal with people but the park across the road with a bathroom made it a little less rugged. River was sweet.

My boyfriend and I loved staying here! It was just a one night stay, but we had a great bonfire and spent lots of time by the river which was right on the campsite. There were lots of places to set up our tent. I only have two semi-negative notes: there was a loud generator running the entire time, and it's not completely secluded as you can see a couple of houses clearly from the river. That being said it was really a great site, I would recommend it.

Josh's property was pretty awesome in a quiet town and we enjoyed our time there. There are law paw trees on the property which was a pleasant surprise! I have never seen them in person and the huge leaves were very cool. The river was awesome, we fished and caught some creek chins and small mouth bass. The parking area is not far away but far enough away to not be seen which makes it feel even more secluded. I'd like to return when the paw paws are ripe that would be sweet.

We loved this site! Josh was super cool and communicative throughout the booking process and our stay. He met us there when we arrived to welcome us and gave a quick run down of the site.
We had plenty of space to spread out our tents and the river access was literally right there. It’s very private and has a lot of shaded areas.
Brings lots of bug spray and perhaps ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper, the cars on the road can be heard from camp, but not too noisy to sleep through.
It’s only about 6 minutes from the nearest gas station for fire wood or ice needs. We would happily come back in the future.

We had an amazing time camping here! It was so fun to sleep next to the river, and there was a lot of space for our tent, table, and hammock! We walked to a nearby park as well. Great location for exploring and kayaking.

If you’re looking for true rustic camping, this is perfect for you! Nice little sliver of land to enjoy right by the river, tons of different options for hammocking trees, bring your grill, some chairs, some good food, and some good company and your set for the weekend! The park across the street also has corn hole, bathrooms, and 9 hole disc golf.

We had a great weekend at Stay N Daze! We loved the large, shaded site right next to the river. It was a private, relaxing getaway and Josh was very helpful and friendly. We definitely recommend!

I had the absolute best experience staying here. Josh was a wonderful host, and incredibly kind and helpful. He is an absolute Michigan Treasure of a human being. I showed up with an incomplete hammock and Josh kindly lent me his so I could enjoy my sleep. His kindness made my experience so much more enjoyable than sleeping on the ground (which was wet).
The property is stunning. Lots of space to roam and explore.
I will be returning often.

I absolutely fell in love with this site.
Right beside the river, surrounded by trees and wild life. So quiet although it is near a road. I would stay a week if I could.
If I am in the area again I will definitely stay a second time.

Location looks great and is private! So much potential! Host is friendly and great with communication. However, the mosquitos were unreal! Literally, the worst we’ve ever experienced. We left a few hours after arriving and less a can of DEET. Hoping to have another go of it when the bloodsuckers are gone for the year.
