This is a back-to-basics, off-grid boondocking haven designed for true outdoor enthusiasts, minimalist campers, and anyone looking to escape the digital noise. Bring your own setup, leave the stress behind, and immerse yourself in nature the way it was intended. The Property & Your Stay Our property is a secluded slice of wilderness where the only soundtrack is the rustle of the trees and the evening chorus of frogs. This is a pack-in, pack-out boondocking site. The Setup: 100% dry camping. No hookups, no Wi-Fi, no distractions. Privacy: Sites are well-spaced to ensure you aren't staring at your neighbor's rig. You’ll have the space to actually breathe. Pond Access & Activities The crown jewel of the property is our pristine, quiet pond. It’s just a short walk from the camping areas and serves as your playground for the weekend. Fishing: Cast a line and enjoy some undisturbed catch-and-release fishing. Paddling: Perfect water for kayaks and canoes. Bring your own boat, launch easily from the bank, and enjoy the glassy water at sunrise. The Trails: Lace up your boots. We have dedicated nature trails winding through the property, perfect for morning walks, wildlife viewing, and birdwatching. Good to Know Before You Booking Note: Because we prioritize a raw, natural experience, your vehicle must be self-contained. You need to bring your own water, power (solar or quiet generators only during designated hours), and waste management. If your idea of a perfect getaway involves a campfire, a kayak, a canopy of stars, and absolutely zero hustle, we’d love to host you.

Welcome Sportsman Hunters & Fishers welcome. No power connection. There are 8 waterfront sites available. These are located alongside the pond. We are pet friendly. The land is flat and perfect to setup a tent or RV. We have a rustic Outhouse bathroom if needed.

This listing is completely false and misleading. The entire site was a hoarders heaven and the inside of the camper was unsafe due to how filthy it was. There was BLACK MOLD in the sink and unknown stains on mattress without bedding. I am still trying to get a full refund from HipCamp because the host is refusing.

It was a very interesting experience, I stayed and extra day. I’ve been to multiple HiCamp locations this one is the only one with a cleaning fee which should not be charged due to the shape and condition of the camper. I personally didnt stay inside the camper. I made a bed in my suv. I did lose a pet due to something spilled on the ground which technically wasn’t the owners fault. I saw a random guy dumping something about two spots away from me. Once he saw me he took off in his beat up red truck. Beside those two things. If you like the movie children of the corn this gives you the feeling of the movie. In a middle of a cornfield. Very private. Hard to find. A lot of newer homes are being built. Solar generator didn’t last more than a few house. With only the fan on. I attempted to clean the camper but once it didn’t have power it was too hot to do anything. So the cleaning fee needs to go away. The roof does leak too. Great place to hideout from your life and just get away from everything and everyone. Some people need that I suggest bringing your own rig

I lived the tent camping here, its a bit crazy to find but absolutely worth it. If ur patient and you call him Lucas is amazing and will help you out!!! We definitely look forward to going back and seeing how it develops!! It is very much back to basics camping which is exactly what we look for💚
