Wooded setting for your camping adventures. Drive up to one of several sites set up for your camp. Close to town but feels like you have left everything behind. This is our 1st year setting up for campers so please bear with us as we are working to make this a great place to come stay. 100 acres to roam around. Brooks creek to splash, fish, or just watch. Town is 10 minute drive. Party store 10 minute walk. Drive in, pick a spot of your choosing and set up your spot for the night. Some firewood is available or collect your own.Flat cleared spot perfect for tent camping. Semi cleared view to the creek. Many trees for hammock hanging. Drive right to spot down 2 track. Closest house 200 yards away across the creek. Wander the trails on over 100 acres. Abundant wildlife. Deer, turkeys, grouse, ducks, geese, raccoons, eagles, turkey vultures.

John is a great host! Very responsive and helpful showing us his land and where to camp. The place is huge and private with lots of trails to explore. We stayed early July and in a dry spell so the creek was more mud than creek and hard to get to unless you want to trek through knee high grass. He mentioned he is making improvements so I’d be curious to see what he does! All in all you can’t beat the price for this type of privacy and amenities near by.

John has a great place to camp in! Very secluded with many trails to walk. An abundance of wood to burn and hardly any bugs. Very rustic, just a fire pit. John was nice and grabbed a table for me to use as I didn’t bring one. I was able to drive right up the site in my sedan, you won’t need to bring a truck or SUV. I’ll definitely be back.

This is such a nice peaceful spot to camp and it has some nice trails to explore, I would definitely recommend it for a quiet getaway!

We loved staying on John’s land. He has 120 acres we were free to explore and the stars were beautiful! The spot is located super close to Hess lake with a great restaurant close by we stopped at for dessert. Thanks again!
