Jay's field was a perfect spot for us to camp for the night on our way home. We needed a simple and private pit stop and this place was it. The road is on is pretty quiet leaving the field to be secluded.

Jay’s land was a quiet and peaceful refuge. We enjoyed the level areas to camp on. The water source and ample supply of dry fire wood were excellent additions.

This was one of our favorite stays on Hipcamp. A wide open field all to yourself that's shaded. Jay was super accommodating and the turkeys were fun to watch!

This was as my second time staying here with my two dogs. We love the large open space and the privacy. Plenty of firewood to use on-site. The location is perfect and quiet.

Great spot! Felt safe, beautiful plot of land, easy to find with detailed directions from host. Nice fire pit and wooden bench. Would stay here again! :)

Jay’s land was super private. I was only camper there over 2 acres all to myself and I was able to make a fire. He had Firewood and it was very peaceful and pleasant. Jays is a great host., if I’m ever in that area again, which I will be I’ll be sure to stay there again thanks so much. Jay great place.

My dogs and I loved this spot. It's easy to get to, as it's right off the road. There is some road noise but nothing that bothered me. Jay was very nice and made sure we made it in alright. The directions were perfect and easy to follow. There was plenty of firewood to make for a wonderful night. We had a great time and we will be back in a month!

Jay's property is situated in a nice quiet field with lots of parking options. Trees boarder the perimeter, so you can always be in the shade or if you prefer, always be in the sun.
Wild turkey and their poults visited in the early morning. They startle easily, so move slowly and be quiet when observing.

It was a lovely quiet spot to camp! Unfortunately our dog rolled in something stinky so it was great to have access to a hose !

Had a great stay on a beautiful fall weekend. Dogs loved running around the big open field after each other and balls. Great brewery 1 mile walk down the road that’s dog friendly so that was a bonus.

Jay’s land was a perfect place to spend a night and exactly as described! Secluded and loved that he had firewood to use. Definitely recommend for anyone going to Freeport & wanting to be close to the shops and eats.

We loved this place- it’s a big field and the grass is cut which was really great. Our kitties had a good view of the forest all night which is ideal for them. Private too
