Awesome spot! Cheri was an excellent host and the spot is ~100ft from a creek. Pro tip: if you want to get to the main river faster, walk to the back of the meadow and down the embankment along the water. Much easier if the water is low.

Farmhouse Meadows
Farmhouse Meadow is a beautiful and peaceful campsite. We really enjoyed our stay once we got settled in. The property is scenic and provides lovely access to the river, making it a great spot for relaxing and enjoying nature.
That said, getting in and out was challenging with our 30-foot travel trailer. The access road was narrow and in several places tree branches and bushes brushed both sides of the camper. At the bottom, there’s a short but steep section (about 12 feet) leading into the meadow. On departure, we had to use blocks under the tires for a good distance to prevent the back end of our trailer from scraping.
If you’re tent camping, in a van, or have a smaller RV or trailer, this is a fantastic site. For larger rigs, just be aware of the tight access and steep slope when planning your trip.

Huge lot all to yourself. Private access to the river with a bank to enjoy. Rough without a bathroom but there are business around and private woods so we made it work.

This is such a great spot and I'll definitely be back! Just off of Rt 4, the campsite is tucked behind a driveway and is a nice open meadow. Private enough to feel peaceful, though not "middle of the woods" – you can still hear a bit of street traffic, but nothing too noisy. The best part of this site is the direct access to Valley Brook! I enjoyed swimming and fishing, and if you walk downstream about a quarter of a mile, you'll hit the confluence with the Sandy River :)

The camping spot was exactly what we were looking for! Great spot, private, access to the water, short distance to other trails and things to explore! Our dogs enjoyed all the room to run and play !! The host really thought about all the information we would need to make our travel easy and stay enjoyable !!

We had a great time camping at Farmhouse Meadows!! It was super hot but the river was a great spot to cool off in and hang around. Stars were beautiful each night you could see them so clearly! Cute little campfire spot and so much room available on the meadow.

I car camped at Cheri’s spot and had an amazing time! The land was big enough for a family or group of friends. The river access was great, I spent most of my time down there by the stream. It felt private but safe, because the house was close enough. Cheri’s son in law helped me with car troubles and I am very grateful! Would recommend if you’re seeking an easygoing experience :)
