The Anchorage is a 4-acre cabins and motel property located approximately 0.5 miles south of Lincolnville, ME. This historic property has been operating for over 100 years. Recently purchased by my wife and me, it is currently undergoing a rebranding and remodel. At present, there are 4 small cottages available to rent, along with plenty of parking space for smaller RVs and vans. Cyclists passing through are welcome to reach out—we’re happy to accommodate tent camping as well. Services such as showers are limited at this time. Cottages include air conditioning, heat, and Keurig coffee makers. RV and van campers will have access to water for filling tanks, and we can accommodate 15A connections at this time. The property itself is gorgeous, offering incredible night-sky views. From the parking area, you can see Penobscot Bay in the distance. A small creek also runs through the land, attracting birds and other wildlife. The Anchorage is located just 0.5 miles from Lincolnville Beach, a popular spot for swimming, relaxing, and launching kayaks. Cabin 11 is a cute little cabin with a Queen bed and plenty of water pressure. An air conditioner is available is if we happen to have a warm night. A Keurig will be available with complimentary coffee pods. Make yourself at home and enjoy views of Penobscot Bay from the seating area near the creek. Please note that we do NOT currently supply toiletries (soap, shampoo).
