This is a beautiful 55 acre property with walking and 4 wheeling trails connecting directly to the I 85 international trail. We offer fresh clean drinking water in the barn from a deep well spicket. Picnic in the apple orchard looking at a spectacular view of the rolling hills of the St. John Valley. This property is only 2 miles to the town of Fort Kent and 3 miles to the Canadian boarder. This is a wonderful spot for a nature enthusiast because the property serves as a natural habitat for wildlife like rabbits, deer, moose, and many varieties of birds.
