Island View At Kiwanis Beach

We enjoyed our weekend in the cabin! Clean, comfortable, and quiet. My sister stayed in one of the platform tent sites. We spent most of the weekend at their site and would walk (or canoe!) back to ours. Sarah was a great host and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back next year.

The lake was warm still, clean, the views were beautiful. We were the last campers of the season so we had lots of privacy. The cabin had a fridge for us, a few basics re: utensils, plates , cups, washbin, an extra blanket, and a pull out couch. A fan, space heater, and toaster/coffeemaker. The space heater worked well at night. The bathroom was close and it had a full kitchen sink to wash, stall shower, toilet stall. There are motion sensor lights at night for the scaredy cats. Dumpster on site.

Great spot to relax by the water and kayak/canoe! Loved having all the basics provided to keep setup to a minimum. It was perfect to have a propane stove especially!

This is our second year camping on Sarah’s land. Last year we stayed in lake view and this last time we stayed on Island view, which is larger and more set back but we loved both. Honestly, we plan this little end of the year stay as a time to unwind at the end of the Summer and that is exactly what we did! I curled up on an Adirondack chair and read a good book. My husband took out the canoe and did some fishing and my niece swam right from our site. This is the easiest, most worry free camping trip ever and Sarah is so thoughtful. We hope we can stay again next year!

We had an incredible time at Kiwanis beach! Our private site was the perfect spot for our mini baby moon! Sarah was so kind and accommodating and helped us out when I forgot some important and necessary items. We were already planning our next visit before the weekend ended! Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for some private, dog friendly lake access camping! Looking forward to our next visit as a family of 3 (+ four legs!)

We had a great time at the camp, the view was amazing as it was just steps from the lake. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises along with the sounds of the Loons helped make this a great spot. There is hardly any light pollution at night which make the stars so brilliant, we were amazed at how many shooting stars we saw during our stay. Sarah greeted us shortly after we arrived to check in to see if we needed anything, she was super friendly. We met some other people who worked there and they were very friendly too. I highly recommend this place to camp especially if you have a dog because it's dog friendly! We will definitely be returning.

This is my huabands and my favorite spot. We love everything about it, and Sarah is one of the nicest people I know. She makes sure everything is perfect, and always responds quickly if we need anything at all.

Best lil’ spot

I had read the reviews before coming and it’s seemed great. But when I arrived it was even better than expected. I was the only camper for the majority of the week and the only sounds I heard in the night were loons. There was everything I needed right there, the bed was comfortable and the tent was roomy. Porta potty was clean and right on the other side of the road. The water was warm and clean and hardly any traffic on the water. Sarah was super welcoming and informative. She checked in here and there to see if I needed anything. When I woke up to a dead car battery she was there in five minutes to help jump my car. I have camped all over Maine and this by far my favorite spot. Can’t beat the location and there is a store in walking distance. Pizza and coffee is a short drive. 5 stars in my opinion I’ll be back next year!

Cute, cozy, clean!

The cabin is clean, cute, and cozy and has a great view! We admittedly made the mistake of not realizing there could be a kids camp the days we were there, but the cabin was very private and the lake was absolutely beautiful! Bad timing on our part! Sarah addressed our concerns promptly, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

This was our second time there and it was relaxing and private again. We like coming during the week, as the pond isn't as busy with boating activities. We love being so close to the pond. Sarah has made sure you have everything you need so it makes for an easy get away. I would love for there to be a more comfortable mattress and wish the canoe came with the rental. Had a really nice time.

Very much enjoyed our stay here.

We very much enjoyed our two night stay here. The site is rustic as described, the swimming is lovely, and everything met our expectations. We did not use the hibachi grill or most of the other gear provided, but the camp stove worked great for making coffee in the morning. Propane, a few logs of hardwood, kindling and newspaper, all were provided. Owners were helpful and friendly and checked in. It was absolutely perfect for our two dogs who enjoyed the site even more than my wife and I. We would definitely return and recommend this site.

Awesome Lake Stay!

This place was amazing! The water is crystal clear and decently/surprisingly warm. The beach was great for the kids and adults alike. We had kids as young as 2 play in the water with no problem. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for anything from a romantic little getaway or great time with friends and family.

What a gem!

What an amazing spot to stay! If you like to swim, this is the place to be. Steps away from beautiful clean water and a sandy bottom. Sarah was the absolute sweetest and I can’t wait for Sylvie and I to go back. Pack light as these tents are set up for comfort and there isn’t much that you’ll need! 10 out of 10.

The site was great! It was private and the closeness to the lake was perfect. The site was well appointed and super well maintained. My daughter and I absolutely loved it, and we feel so blessed to find it. Sarah was was an excellent host and quick to communicate if we needed anything. This was our third TENTRR. The only thing I would recommend is some type of Floor Covering to prevent the mosquitoes from coming in from below. Ultimately, camping is camping and mosquitoes are part of that experience.

Lakefront Rustic Beach Cabin

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time in the Rustic Cabin. It was cozy, spacious, and had everything you could need. The bathrooms were also close by and clean. We lucked out and got the entire beach to ourselves and made some great memories. The location is perfect for exploring Sebago and the surrounding area of Windham. Our host was responsive and was very sweet. We would definitely stay again!

I've camped here 3 times and it always feels like home. A genuinely beautiful, special place. The other campsites are very dispersed so it's nice and private. Sarah is a wonderful human, definitely support and take care of this place so it can continue to be the gem that it is! Happy Camping!

Rustic Cabin

We had a great time at Sarah’s rustic cabin. The view was amazing and private. It was a perfect spot to have a morning cup of coffee while listening to the loons in a rocking chair. We also had fun playing games at the picnic table. And basketball. We rented a canoe and explored Watchic lake. The cabin had many cooking utensils and was clean. This was the perfect little getaway.
