Our two shore-front cabins provide an escape from the rush of modern life in a peaceful, secluded setting in the beautiful Acadia region. Enjoy 54 acres of privately-owned woodland with 4,500 feet of lake frontage on quiet Great Pond. Each cabin is private, clean and cozy with an open living/dining area, a galley kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The cabins are equipped with bedding, dishes, pots and pans, a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and a gas stove. A wood stove provides warmth and comfort. The porch looks out over the water with spectacular views of the sunset. Outside we provide a lakeside picnic table, grill and a fireplace. The Log Cabin sleeps 5 comfortably with one bedroom and a sleeping loft; the Shingle Cabin sleeps four comfortably with two first floor bedrooms. Great Pond provides swimming, boating and fishing. A dock is available for swimming and a canoe is provided with each cabin. Over a mile of private shorefront and woodland trails are on the property. Wildlife sightings include loons, eagles, osprey, otter, deer, beaver and moose.

The Log Cabin has an open living/dining area with a galley kitchen, bathroom and bedroom (1 double bed) on the first floor. The second floor is an open loft with one double and one twin size bed. The porch looks out over the water (great sunsets) with a picnic table and fireplace in front. The cabin is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator and gas stove. The living area has a wood stove for cool evenings or mornings. All bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows...) is provided (note bath towels are not included).

The Shingle Cabin has an open living/dining area with a galley kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms on a single level. The larger bedroom has a queen size bed and the small bedroom has bunkbeds. The porch looks out over the water (great sunsets) with a picnic table and firepit in front. The cabin is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, refrigerator and gas stove. The living area has a wood stove for cool evenings or mornings. All bedding (sheets, blankets, pillows...) is provided (note bath towels are not included).
