PRIVATE waterfront campsite - EXCLUSIVE use!! Eagle View Pines, in beautiful Hiram Maine, is a peaceful and private 2+ acre property surrounded by tall pine trees with 300 feet of Saco River frontage! Guests will enjoy a floating dock for swimming, fishing, and kayaking! Two kayaks and one canoe are on site for guest use. Guests can also enjoy a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, a solo stove for campfires (please bring your own wood) and a hammock for relaxing and watching the eagles flying above as well as the stunning sunsets! We have two winding trails (one to the right of the picnic table and one to the left of the hammock) that lead to points with chairs and stunning views of the water! A small trailer is on site, filled with little amenities from bug spray to binoculars! A 30/50 amp electric hookup is available for your RV or camper (and standard outlets for use if you are tenting!) and our gravel driveway can fit a 30 foot camper. A Porta-potty is available for campers with tents. Guests will need to be self contained, take waste with them, and leave no trace. Dogs are more than welcome here (please pick up after your pet!), but please note this property sits approximately 20 feet above the riverbank, with natural stairs leading down to the water. This site is not appropriate for very young, unsupervised children. The Saco river can be unforgiving, and this is an ever-changing site. At any given time, depending on the weather, the water can be high, or low, and this can change the landscape to some extent. We are always making improvements and cleaning the land (cutting dead or fallen trees etc.) so we appreciate your understanding of these rustic qualities! Hiram is located about 30 minutes from North Conway NH with amazing restaurants and outlet shopping, and about an hour from the coast and Portland Maine. The sweet little town of Cornish is just a 15 minute drive, and Naples and the Sebago Lake area are just a short drive as well! There are several hiking trails nearby. The Mount Cutler Park and Conservation Area is just a 10 minute drive, featuring trails that provide stunning views of Hiram and the surrounding mountains. Perfect fall foliage viewing

Great, private spot that was very level and easy to park our RV at. Christine and Tyler provided many great things for the site, our most used being the Solo Stove and canoe. A perfect spot to view the fall foliage on the river either from the campsite, Adirondack chairs at either of the overlooks, or on the water in one of the canoes or kayaks provided. Our dogs enjoyed being able to swim from the dock, but the site itself was high enough off the water so they were not swimming the whole time.

Perfect place to disconnect and relax! The attention to detail, care and attention at the site was above and beyond. Beautiful view of the river. Flat spot for the camper. Everything was clean, organized and welcoming. Looking forward to visiting again!

Labor Day Weekend!

This is as a lovely spot and exactly as described! My husband even got to see the Eagle! We fished a lot and were able to catch one. Our dog loved being able to swim here. The trails to the lookout spots were very nice. The site was cute with the twinkle lights and decorations. It is a private site but not remote. So you can occasionally hear neighbors, traffic, etc. but it didn’t interrupt ot bother us at all. We saw a porcupine our last night and thankfully our dog has good enough recall to come back! But that’s just a part of camping in nature! I would definitely recommend this site to anyone with kids 5 and older.

Overall, we had a great experience, but the site was closer to the road than expected. This isn't a long-term concern, but during our stay there was street-wide tree cutting, a house being built nearby, trash pickup, and numerous cars. We were, however, pleasantly surprised by the quiet river, spacious site, and generous extras available (canoe, tubes, life jackets, etc. )

Serene camping in the Pines!!

We really enjoyed our week at Christine and Tyler’s beautiful HipCamp! Nice and quiet area, beautiful scenery and lots to do! The evenings were so relaxing, with pretty twinkle lights swapped around the trees, lighting strung over the picnic table and all over the grounds with solar lights staked into the ground. The fire pit area is nice and large and they provide a great Solo Stove firepit. Lots of water toys/tubes/kayaks and canoe to use. Very clean camp and a super-clean porta-potty! The tall pine trees made the whole area so private and gorgeous (they also provided beautiful pinecones that I gathered to bring home for holiday crafts, LOL!!) .Our doggie-girls had a blast in the water and we enjoyed the dock to use. If you’re in the 50+ group, make sure to have really good water shoes to navigate the stairs to the water—they are safe, but steep with crushed stone to keep them from getting mucky, which was helpful. We needed this time away and the beautiful location is just what we needed!

Eagleview Pines was the perfect campsite for our little family! We absolutely loved the privacy and all the amenities, especially the private dock, canoe, and kayaks. The outhouse was very clean and well maintained, and the solar lights added such a fun, whimsical touch at night. We camped with our puppy and three-month-old son, and it was absolutely perfect. We can’t wait to come back! 🏕️🌲🛶✨

This site is SO wonderful! Christine and Tyler have done a fantastic job setting up the property for a fun and beautiful camping experience. Being able to jump into the river or go on canoe rides was a huge plus. We were a bit unsure of the solo stove at first but it might be the best pit I’ve ever cooked on. It’s almost smokeless and creates nice even coals for cooking. Thank you both so much!

Beautiful, secluded Maine getaway!

Christine and Tyler’s land is very private and they have everything you could possibly need for your camping getaway. They have solar powered lights, solo stove, chairs, kayaks, canoe, porta-potty and if you happen to forget anything, I guarantee it’s in their trailer of goodies! My dog was able to spend some time off leash while we fished right off the small dock. A perfect touch was the extra chair and table set up at “the point” which was my breakfast spot. Lots of good local hiking , we enjoyed Mount Cutler which is only 10 minutes away. Christine and Tyler were super communicative and even called a local spot to make sure they had what I needed before I drove there! They’ve made a great spot that I will definitely visit again!

Christine and Tyler’s land was a beautiful place to camp! Even though we got a lot of rain one day it was a great getaway with friends and felt private. They had a lot of options like canoe/kayaks and corn hole. I would recommend this listing!

Do yourself a favor and camp here!

Can’t say enough good/ great things about the camp site. Completely dialed and private. We spent 2 nights there, plugged in. Paddled everyday, fished - site is directly on the water. Quiet, beautiful view (special point with chairs down a wandering path with 180 degree view of the Saco and a constant breeze. And…. No bugs, magic! Owners were super responsive and helpful. 10/10 no question. .

Peaceful Spot on the Saco River

Christine and Tyler’s Hipcamp is just as described! It’s a fairly quiet spot right on the Saco River. They provide kayaks and tubes for floating. Their trailer is full of lots of useful and thoughtful items including a broom to sweep out your tent! It’s lovely to sit in the Adirondack chairs and drink coffee. So peaceful. There are plenty of local trails to choose from for day hikes too! The only thing I’d point out is that you can hear traffic from a local road across the river. It’s pretty constant. It didn’t bother us but I think it’s useful information if someone is looking for a more silent getaway.

love this spot!! so many great amenities like the kayaks, shed full of camping gear (life jackets, the solo stove, bug spray, etc.) such a comfortable place to pitch a tent and jump in the water. our dog's first time in a tent/in the water!!! love it so much.

This was favorite tent site we have booked on hipcamp. It was private, right on the water, and the site was very well kept. Having access to the kayaks, canoe and even a power source was perfect. Our dog had a blast in the water. Im not a very good fisherman but I did catch a few fish. I Deffinetly recommend this site.

We had such an amazing time camping on Christine and Tyler's land. The sights were beautiful, it was private and peaceful. Christine was responsive and very helpful. They had a stove, hammock, kayaks, power cords, and other items for use. Would love to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Christine was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure our reactive dog (and his parents) felt comfortable. The site is well marked and easy to locate, it’s about 300ft from a dirt road. Probably 5 or 6 cars passed in a day but we were impressed with how quiet it was. We set up our tent and brought our trailer, and there was still plenty of space even with both on the lot. Overall, the site is pristine and well thought-out, and we loved having the kayaks, hammock, and solo stove w/ accompanying fire tools. The bugs are fierce this time of year so be prepared, but it’s well worth visiting. The views are spectacular and the site offers so many places to relax and enjoy it all. Thank you Christine and Tyler!
