In the quiet corner of Rumford Pointe, find yourself turning down a well maintained dirt driveway onto your own 62 acres of forested land. 1700 feet into the property come across a clearing fit for your RV(s), Van(s) or Tent(s) with spectacular views of the Mahoosuc Mountains and Rumford White Cap. No RV hookup, but vast open space for you or you and group of friends to relax away from the crowds and overpopulated public campsites. Hot water outdoor shower, composting toilet, and fire pit all available on site. Hike the property, or explore the nearby hiking trails, ATV trails, nearby Androscoggin river for canoes or kayaks, Mt Abrams mountain biking, Coos Canyon, and Step Falls just 15-20 minute drive away. Centrally located to easily get to downtown Rumford, Bethel, or Andover in 15 minutes by car. It is a great view, but not worth the very steep long trail getting up to it. It was just as scary going back down as it was getting up. Also, the roads just getting there were narrow and twisty. Maybe a four-wheel-drive van would be OK.

Wow! Stunning views. Supreme privacy. Great communication with the hosts. Everything we look for in a spot. Our dogs were able to run free. We could walk to the outdoor shower naked :) The driveway was steep but not an issue for our F350 and travel trailer. Great location - we needed more time to explore. Would definitely come back. Thanks so much!

Breathtaking views of the mountains and very private location. Wide open dirt area that was cleared on a hill side, with plenty of space for several tents/campers, plus a grassy area to the side. Great fire pit area w/ a metal grate available for cooking. Composting toilet available plus outdoor shower and sink. Driveway is gravel and goes up a semi-steep hill, but was completely fine with our jeep and pop up camper. Foliage just started recently and this weekend was a perfect time to visit! Sunsets are stunning at this site. Ty was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly with any questions we had. Thank you for a great camping weekend!

Incredible land, spectacular view. The night sky was vast and mesmerizing. What a welcomed surprise to have a fantastic cooking / fire pit, equipped with a metal grate, dry wood and a large stone wind block. Ripe blackberries were a great snack. The host and his lady are top notch people. I can’t wait to come back.

Spacious, very private spot with an incredible view. The hot shower was a nice bonus and the fire pit is awesome.

Amazing place to camp. Beautiful views, huge fire pit and nothing but peace and quiet. Seriously debating modifying our van trip to stay here again on our way back through. Excellent, proactive communication. Book this one.

The pictures truly do not do this site justice! So gorgeous and private, with lots of open space. The shower and bathroom were a huge bonus. We came with 2 young kids and had a blast. Will definitely come back.

Ty's land was awesome, they were very accommodating and quick to reply to questions. Exactly what hipcamp is all about. Secluded and quiet. The site was clean, plenty of space with a nice fireplace, outdoor shower with hot water, outhouse with composting toilet, and beautiful views. Close to several hiking and walking trails. Many song birds to listen to and we had a visiting bear eating the raspberries. One of the very top places we have stayed, and will return frequently.
