Private two-acre lakefront lot on beautiful Orange Lake in Whiting, Maine, with a single site for one motorhome or RV. This spacious lot offers easy access for RVs of any size and features brand-new hookups for water, sewer, and electricity. This one-of-a-kind site is the perfect place to spend a week, a month, or an entire season in complete privacy. Enjoy magnificent postcard-quality sunrises and sunsets, as well as excellent opportunities for kayaking and canoeing on Orange Lake and throughout the Orange River Heritage Preserve. The area also offers great fishing for bass, pickerel, and perch, along with abundant wildlife, including deer, eagles, loons, beavers, and more. The property is approximately one hour from Acadia National Park, Bar Harbor, Schoodic Point, and Ellsworth. It's also about 30 minutes from Campobello Island, Canada (the summer home of Franklin D. Roosevelt), Roque Bluffs State Park (ocean swimming), and Lubec, a charming oceanside community and the easternmost town in the United States. In addition, you'll find dozens of hiking trails ranging from easy to challenging, many of which are owned and maintained by the Maine Coast Heritage Trust. This is our first stay at Arya’s Landing, after previously visiting the sister site just down the road—and what a beautiful little gem this place is! If peace, quiet, privacy, and a true escape are what you’re looking for, this is the place. We will absolutely be returning to both Arya’s Landing and Conor’s Landing whenever we can sneak away for a little Maine getaway. We had several options for where to set up our RV, depending on the length of your hookup cords and hoses, and every option comes with beautiful views of the lake. There’s something pretty special about waking up surrounded by the quiet of the water and the beauty of Maine. Our site had a short path down to the boat launch, which turned out to be the perfect little spot for our dogs to take a swim. It was incredibly peaceful and private—we saw only one boat and one kayak during our entire stay! The grassy lawn area was another favorite, with plenty of room for dogs or kids to run, romp, and enjoy themselves. The pull-through site was also a huge bonus. No turning around or backing out—just an easy drive right through. Justin is wonderful—very responsive and quick to answer any questions. Firewood is available right on-site, and his parents are just a stone’s throw away if you happen to need anything. And did I mention the peace and privacy??? There’s just something magical about this place. It’s the kind of spot that makes you slow down, breathe a little deeper, and wish you didn’t have to leave. We can’t wait to come back!

Justins campsite is great ! It’s very private, clean, quiet and well set up with water , electricity and a clean porta potty. My pup and I spent most of our stay down sitting by the lake. Lovely Loons called, that was the only sound we heard . Access to firewood onsite was a treat and Justin made it easy to pay via Venmo. I would, and hopefully will, return to Orange Lake & Justins campsite. THANKS FOR a peaceful serene moment in time !!!!!

Totally acceptable

18 ft truck camper

This is clearly a set up for larger rigs, but we stayed two nights in our truck camper. Empty lot with view through the trees of lake. Ramp next drive over, would be great for kayaks and such. Great star viewing. We had to listen to neighbors’ loud music and noisy kids both nights for a while, but otherwise seems like a peaceful, quiet area.

Arya's Landing does have full hookups, but their locations meant we either needed an extra sewer hose to access all 3 simultaneously or position for electric and water and dump when unhooked and leaving. It will be nice for pets once the grass is grown in on the level area and guests are allowed on it. For the most part a peaceful setting with the occasional ATV noise racing up and down the boat ramp next to the lot.

This place is quite a gem! Private, quiet, very nicely created and maintained. Huge level space with full hookups including 50amp electric. Beautiful view of orange lake and the sunsets are lovely. We woke up to wild turkeys eating the owner’s newly planted grass seed this morning, we saw several deer and that lonesome loon sound every evening is delightful. Owner was very friendly and pleasant and helped us out with trash and places to visit. Wonderful little town nearby Machias had everything we needed, great Hannaford grocery store, hardware store, laundry, pharmacy plus several places to eat. We took drives over to Lubec, out to the singing beach & Acadia, all are less than an hour away. Would definitely come back when we return to Maine, we didn’t want to leave!

Justin has done an impeccable job creating this new site. 100% up to standard. I hate to recommend this area but it truly is special. The Landing gives that " gone to camp" feeling that owning land in Maine gives one, but wrapped up in the convenience of a rental property. This is my second stay at Orange Lake and it is safe to say I will continue to book with Justin from here on out. This area is rugged, extremely quiet, and private. I could barely see the next site, rarely heard humans, and appreciated the pull-through design of this particular site. I will be back in October for my annual long trip.
