A private sandy beach ideal for sunbathing, skipping stones, or dipping your toes as the water laps at the shore. Two small, gentle waterfalls provide a soothing soundtrack to your evenings—fall asleep to the sound of water trickling over smooth stones. Tents can be set up in the field or on the beach area. If tenting on the beach be conscious of water levels and potential rainfall as water levels can rise quickly. RV's or trailers can be parks in the flat area parallel to the river. The river is a short walk through the trees a some of the common areas we use are marked with signs. Feel free to walk to shoreline and find your own favorite spot! Our property line extends to the centerline of the river. Occasionally, tourists will cross the river down stream and walk up the riverbank. If this occurs and you would like them to leave you can notify them that it is private property. Please remember that swimming has inherent risks so please be mindful of currents, depth, rocks etc. Jumping from the higher rocks into the water is not recommended due to the shallow depth and underwater rocks.
