While driving from Wisconsin to the smoky mountains me and hubby were going to stay in a hotel, but hubby said let’s look for a spot to camp no clue where to stay. Searched and found this cozy little spot. We made memories we will most likely will never make again. Thank you for the quick response. Please consider staying the night or two here.

This is a nice spot. Well kept and easy to find campsites. It’s especially good if you like trains and airplanes. The proximity to the railroad and Louisville airport means there are low flying planes and some trains going by. I didn’t mind, and it’s certainly no fault of the host, but it’s something to be considered. Had a good time and would recommend to others.

Shelby was helpful and responsive. The place was easy the access and perfect for me and my dog. There are train tracks quite close by, but I only heard one go through & it was pretty quick. Would come again to hang out on the deck!

The campsite was well kept and nicely clear cut. The fire pit was a nice size. My husband grew up next to the railroad tracks, so he loved the train going by. Other than that, the area is quite and decently secluded. Overall, good experience.

The campsite was not the one in the picture that sold me on booking the site. Campsite wasnt as private as I thought it would be. There also was no notice that it was by a road that had traffic all night OR that there were TRAINS running all night with blaring horns.

This campsite was perfect for my needs. It was private, behind a locked gate, within a doordasher delivery zone, near a good place to get a good breakfast (Christie's café, excellent meat lovers omelet. A little noisy at night, As Shelby disliked. But ya can't really beat being within Louisville, while still being in a secluded site, for the price. I'll probably return.

Shelby was terrific! She kept the camps well maintained. She was very responsive. You would hear back from her within a couple minutes after sending her a message. It was a very positive experience spending my time there.

Stayed at black walnut and it felt very secluded. I didn’t hear or see anyone else during my stay. The gate made me feel very comfortable. I was a bit worried I wouldn’t have cell service but I had great connection. As a light sleeper, the train and helicopters and passing cars were a bit loud, but overall this was a good spot to spend the night.

Very clear directions, beautiful & peaceful secluded area. There was a couple trains that went by at night and woke me up but I just fell right back asleep. If that would be a deal breaker for you, might be worth checking out another spot. Would love to camp here again!!

Shelby was helpful and quick to respond when we had trouble locating the entrance. The grounds were very well maintained and sites were well spaced. The campsite was spacious for two people, 2 large dogs, and a 10 person BassPro Tent. Sunset views are beautifulhere, and with the exception of a few trains passing, you are surrounded by the sounds of nature.

Shelby’s land was a great spot! We were in the black walnut site. Close to amenities but secluded enough to get the feeling of being out there. There was some road noise but it was mostly drowned out by the katydids and cicadas Also the train comes by late in the evening but I didn’t find it bothersome. Directions and rules were simple and easy to follow. Property is behind a locked gate (you get the code) which adds a little extra privacy/security. Very affordable price as well. We will be back!
