Thank you for the stay! Very responsive host and peaceful night.
The campsite its self was amazing it was quiet and secluded. I stayed for 3 nights it was only supposed to be 2 nights but because of a storm my ride could not come until the next day. It was perfect until 9 am on the day of check out.... Where where packed up and walking up to the church to meet out ride when the police stopped us because someone called the cops and made it sound like we where homeless living in the woods. I had to show the cops that I had to pay to stay there and that I was doing nothing wrong. In the end the cops let us go about our day and go meet our ride so we could go home.
Safe and Secluded location in Illinois. Primitive facility but full of wildlife. Deer surround the place. Clean and easy access to campers. Close to highway 64

The property was great and exactly what I needed for my one night stay. The land was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful. Clay was a phenomenal host and answered any questions I had in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend this land for any future campers.
Description was exactly on point- loved the peaceful wooded area and saw lots of animals. Took some great pics!

I stopped off the highway for a safe and quiet spot to park the camper. La Forêt was perfect. Close to I-57 and convenient to several toilets at truck stops. The one close to the highway even had showers for cheap. I highly recommend this parking spot.
