Melinda and Adrew were very helpful and attentive hosts! Their campground is clean, quiet and absolutely lovely. The views are gorgeous. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Melinda and Andrew were very attentive and helpful - wonderful hosts! They provided everything we needed, and even got us the electric and water for the site, which originally was anticipated to be "dry." The campground was clean, neat, and quiet - with absolutely incredible views of the lake and beautiful trees around the campground.

Melinda, Andrew and Minnie (the camp dog) were awesome and attentive hosts.
The spot was beautiful and the view was amazing. I highly recommend. It was a peaceful experience and a great getaway. We drove down to Rockaway bay and went to Shooters for dinner on the water it was very nice. Our Labrador Lulu was very comfortable with the Minnie and other dogs that were staying there. Be prepared to drive in on a gravel road with an incline. The sites are terraced on the hillside. Having 4wd helped us in and out. The time we were there Aug 12-17 was definitely Yellowjacket season in Idaho so be prepared for that. Each of us was stung at least once during our stay.

We’ve traveled every state in this country over 10 years. Needless to say we’ve staying in every kind of rv park you can think of. We always prefer a water view of some kind so when I stumbled upon this gem I had no idea how special it would be. There are only a couple of sites so that was desirable. We were there for 11 days. We kept adding days to our stay because we didn’t want to leave.
Ok so, if you like to walk or hike. This is your place. The views are absolutely stunning of Lake Coeur d’Alene and the surrounding area. It’s quiet, clean, big, relaxing. Our dog loved it there also. No clean outs but we managed to get through the 11 days without. Of course we had water and electric.
The owners are very accommodating and kind. They provided a nice patio set, lighting and a camp fire. They provided the wood.
We loved the peace and quiet so if you are looking for a big rv resort this is not for you. It’s very private. I just highly recommend this spot for your next trip.

Beautiful view of the lake! It was quiet and comfortable. Our hosts were very attentive to our needs. It was a bit tricky getting our monster of a camper up there. Will definitely be back!

What a beautiful site, and Minnie the rv dog was awesome she always had are back. Very easy parking spaces the host are great and had everything that they said they would. Very peaceful!!!

Great view! We were busy boating nearby, this was a perfect spot for us! We went to Sun-Up Bay and Rockford Bay.
Melinda dropped a pin for us to follow so no getting mixed and circling the other way...
Anyone from out of town or new to the area, remember there are many primitive roads in this area...pay attention to animals, corners and other vehicles.
We will be back and stay longer next year!

We had a fantastic time at Melinda’s site!
We took our pop up camper, 2 children ages 6mo and 2yr as well as our dogs to site 2. Beautiful land and scenery and the sites are so well maintained. We had an incredible view for only 20 min outside of CDA. The land is easy to get to and had everything we needed to make it our own! Loved waking up to the water and mountains. Such a fun getaway without having to drive hours away.
This space will be on our rotation again. Can’t recommend it enough. Melinda was so nice and her dog Minnie is the sweetest explorer!

Great place to stay on the lake. Very quiet. The sites are all comfortably set up with outdoor seating areas, fire pits and tables.
Melinda and her husband are great hosts! So helpful and accommodating. I had a last minute schedule change and they made it work. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Melinda and Andrew are wonderful host! Great location with a nice view. The patio furniture is a nice touch I wasn’t expecting. Super easy check in and directions. Would highly recommend anyone who wants to be at south end of Lake CDA!

Beautiful place. Great views. Very clean and level ground. I really enjoyed the area. Melinda and Andrew were great host. My dogs love being off leash. You’ll see some turkeys. Melinda said the deer walk through but I didn’t see them. Next time hopefully. I’m going to go back later this summer. Make sure you follow her directions to get there.
