Great location for adventures in town… water and power hook ups were handy. We brought travel trailer and our specific spot was challenging for where our door was located. But once we figured it out, the view was great! Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed the fact that we didn't have anyone around us. Location is a short drive from downtown CDA. Also a nice seating area overlooking the area. There is a picnic table on the site as well. Water and electric hookups were good. There is a grey water dump provided, no black tank dumping. Hill up to the site is gravel and you do need to back up a bit to get into the location. The hosts were super nice, we will definitely be back.

The hosts were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The spot looks thru the pines over a country road to a large open field. The RV spot is very private. It’s a convenient, safe, private basecamp to keep while you explore Coeur d’Alene and surroundings.

Lovely view looking over green hay fields. Our 39 foot 5th wheel fit the spot. Be warned the road is very steep put your truck in 4 low before climbing.

Cute place! In the trees and peaceful. Some road noise but far away on the other side of the valley. Nice riverfront park in the area with a beach, dog beach too, swimming and boating on the Spokane River. Close to downtown which has a lot of stores/restaurants. Did have trouble getting our RV in the space; 37ft is really too big. Should have paid more attention to the listing info. Owner was super helpful and a nice host. Would come again.

We had a short stay due to a family emergency, but it was a wonderful visit! The view of the lake was a real treat. The campsite exceeded my expectations—it was private and peaceful, adding a nice quietness to the stay. There was even a great spot to sit and enjoy the views, complete with a table and comfortable chairs. I texted a question and made one call, and Brandee responded immediately every time. I had no trouble getting in or out with my 26-foot Class C camper. I’ll definitely be back!

Accommodating hosts last minute and a beautiful spot, private with no light pollution and a beautiful vista.
recommend, as others have said and the hosts too will admit probably, for experienced haulers because you will be backing up a hill. But, the host will be there to assist you. Conveniently located and low road noise. Having a gray water dump was helpful too.

Brandi and Brad are THE PERFECT hosts. 10 plus rating all around. Communication and directions to spot were precise and very accurate. The spot was very well-thought out with a picnic table and outdoor sitting area. Very convenient to have electric, garbage and grey water waste. Their property is serene and just minutes to everything the area has to offer. I can’t wait to go back to the area to just be able to stay on their property. We have been to MANY hip camps across the nation and their property is one of our FAVORITES.

Brandy’s campsite was exactly as her listing described. It’s close to CDA, has water and electricity, and was a nearly level spot for our small RV. We just had a quick stopover for a road trip and it was perfect for that. Other than faint sound from the nearby road, it’s very quiet during the day and night.

My friend and I set up a hammock for camping and it was awesome! Woke up to a very peaceful site and view (as we arrived late at night). Hosts were so kind and would definitely stay again!

Great spot that’s quiet and private! The only people who access the road past the site are the owners (the house is as the top of the hill) so it’s quiet and peaceful. You can be in CDA in less than 5 mins, but you feel like you’re way out of town. The spot was really nice and even had a big umbrella (with solar lights) and Adirondack chairs to use! The gray water dump/electric/water hookups are always appreciated!
Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone who wants to be close to town - but still feel like they are off the grid!

Incredible view. Great location to downtown CDA (5 mins). Parking is uphill in gravel, fit our ‘30 airstream and truck. If you have a decent amount of experience parking a trailer, you’ll be fine! Would love to go back! Brandy is wonderful and helpful as well - great host.

This RV site was very peaceful! We enjoyed complete privacy but Brad & Brandy were very quick to respond to any questions we had. They've added numerous touches to the campsite (like sweet signs and pillows) that made it feel very inviting and homey. We have two suggestions for anyone considering a stay here: definitely arrive before dark and understand that the site is situated on a sloped hill. The parking pad itself is very level but backing into this space is a bit daunting for those who are new to backing up a camper since the gravel driveway leading to the site is very steep. Just get there before dark, take your time and know that it really does work out fine! If you are adept at parking your rig in various types of settings, you should be GTG! We would stay here again without hesitation and recommend it to others. We also enjoyed the numerous trail options nearby and the easy access into CDA.

Highly recommend this spot! Great location close to town and the lake, yet you feel like you’re camping in the woods. Long parking space that is mostly level with water, 50 amp electric hookups and grey water dump at the campsite. Brad and Brandy were very welcoming and had great advice for things to do/see in the area while also giving us our privacy. Only thing I would note is the address is posted on a telephone pole with another one (the shared driveway) that is a more generic black and metallic numbers, theirs is a cute metal one to the left hand side that we overlooked and accidentally passed it.
