In town yet tucked away in the south part of Kona town . Pretty rustic , dry plant environment at times, uneven trail , with awkward steps leading to a shack under trees with just dirt and plants underneath them , with only a twin bed in cabin with plywood walls ( not recommended for tall people)and window screen and steal roof , one light and power strip . A door that opens to a futon bed . There is a Frig and out door cooking area . Shared bathroom or compost toilet, have to park block away. There is another area that is a ground floor room , in the parking area, in a old Hawaiian house with 2 twin beds and a twin sofa bed, and indoor cooking area, shared bathroom parking space There is a room on a long uneven path around the back of an old Hawaiian rustic house, with a deck and outdoor cooking area, twin bed and twin futon couch bed Wi-Fi parking space No weekend arrivals 100 arrival fee if try or sneak one in Checkin by appointment only 630 checkin time Please no arrivals after 9pm After 9 25 late arrival fee plus tax After 10 50 late arrrival fee After 11 100 late arrival fee plus tax Rules No. Candles , no heavy drinking or drugs, no load noise after 9 pm = 8am no harassment , no racism, No weekend arrival ,
