Awalau Farm

The original power source for the sugar cane industry, this property houses the caves that were used to make the charcoal to run the sugar cane train. Later, they became the secret lair of moonshine Jim, one of the most famous bootleggers in Hawaii. The property is also well known for our current day mythological creature sanctuary and every year we host the Myths of Avalon fairy festival here, and we've been told that originally this was the place where the Hawaiian bird shamans who made the feather capes and crowns all lived.
