Fantastic farm life!
Allison and her husband were very welcoming and warm! We loved petting the horses, seeing the bunnies and chickens, the fresh farm eggs were an added treat! Great place, great people ❤️

Small RV Campsite on the Farm
We loved it! Our kids enjoyed the animals and the family is very kind! We would stay again! Loved the fresh farm eggs and roosters for an alarm clock!

Site was quiet and well kept. The eggs were delicious and fresh! There are some chickens that free roam but do not come close to the the camp site. The horses are indifferent to your presence as soon as they have determined that you do have food. The walk to the bathroom was slightly uphill and if you arrive after dark, you may have difficulty locating it. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful with drawbacks
Very kind hosts with a convenient and beautiful property. It was nice getting to see the animals but did come with some drawbacks.
There is a chicken that will start crowing early am (4-5am) every few minutes nonstop. They’ve moved the restroom into the barn which is great for weather but kind of smelly with all of the animals.
Saw a few ticks and ended up finding one latched on 24 hours later. Yikes.
Overall, fun trip and nice hosts with generously provided farm fresh eggs, but bring ear plugs and tick repellent.

This place is great!
We really enjoyed our stay here. We had the place to ourselves and my kids really had such an amazing time. The campsite is big enough for the kids to play ball and horseshoes. There is a bench by the fire pit and a table with stools and an umbrella that had lights on it. The bathroom was a short walk away in the barn. They also offer free farm fresh eggs (which were very yummy) and bottled water. It’s very woodsy and private, which we liked. The cell reception wasn’t good, but it was okay because while we were there the kids didn’t even ask for their iPads. Allie was an amazing host. She introduced herself as soon as we settled in and made sure we knew that she was there if we needed anything. She let my kids tag along to help feed the animals one evening which I thought was very nice of her to include them. Riding horses before we left is something my kids talked about all the way to our next campground. They LOVED Harmony and Raisin! Allie told me about her plans to make her already perfect campsite even better, and you can guarantee I will be checking for updates so we can go back! Thank you Allie for opening up your beautiful property to us! We are glad that we chose your place to be our first stop on our “camping across Georgia” trip! Hope to see you again soon!!

Relaxed and at peace
Very comfortable and peaceful camping experience. A fence surrounds the campsite in case you prefer that protection. Campsite is out in the middle of the trees and there is visible privacy. Toilet and sink in the barn were very helpful and the host was great and responsive!

Beautiful,
The tent site was one of two in a beautiful fenced area with some shady spots under trees, but also a lot of sun. Perfect for our dog to run around and explore. During the day, there is plenty to explore in the area, but it is also the perfect place to simply enjoy quiet hours with a book. At night we could just sit, listen to the sounds of nature and look at the stars. The hosts were very friendly and provided us with fresh and delicious eggs and bottled water. Everything just seemed thoughtfully done. Even the simple toilet in the barn was clean and decorated. We just wished we could have stayed longer so our daughter could have went horse back riding. We will certainly come back some day!

Amazing camp! Allison checked in with me throughout the whole booking experience (my first hipcamp) and offered whatever help I needed. Welcomed me when I got there and well got turned around on GPS....The spot is far enough from the house to be private and my dog (10 year old Beagle) was off leash most of the time. Horses, fresh eggs, roosters crowing! What more do you need. Wish I had booked 2 nights. I will stop here again in my Illinois to Florida drives!

Sweet spot under the stars
Great spot! Nice and private, but close enough to the other tent and hammock sites if you want to say hi to your neighbors. Also THE STARS! ✨ Seriously, the views of the stars were unbelievable and amazing to sleep under!
The amenities were also great! Really wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy the fresh eggs in the morning—they looked so good!

Fun Camping Weekend
My husband, cat, and I had a wonderful weekend camping here. The location was awesome - close to great hiking at FDR State Park and canoeing at Lake Meriwether. There were nice touches to the campsite as well - an umbrella with solar powered lights, cornhole boards, and a lighter (we stupidly forgot ours). Allison was a great host too - we had to reschedule our original dates because of bad weather, and she was very accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay! This was one of our dogs' first outings and he has fear issues, but Allison was so helpful and considerate! The site is very private and gated in so they could roam. Allison was so nice in checking on us and even threw him some treats to help us get him used to strangers more. The horses are so beautiful and friendly, they came right up to the dogs and booped one! It was amazing and so sweet. We will definitely be back as this was a one night trial run for scared doggo and everyone had a great time, mostly thanks to the set up and amazing environment.

Came here with my dog to get out of the city for a night. When I arrived, I was greeted at the fence by a couple horses. ( I was thrilled even though my dog was not impressed, haha) It was very quiet, exactly what I needed. The host was very friendly, and I even got a couple of fresh eggs for my breakfast in the morning. Everything was great!
