Great overnight stay

The area was safe as it is gated, host was very proactive & responsive to all our questions/requests and having a bathroom was definitely a plus. We were able to have all the hookups we needed without any issues. We would definitely stay here again of we are in the area.

Very easy entry and plenty of space to maneuver once on site. Peaceful, quiet, out of the way location, with amenities , too. Property is secure at night.
Alex is a great host. On arrival, he greeted me simplified how to position the RV for utility hookup.
If I'm in the area again, I would definitely book again.

Great communication. Easy to find. We arrived late and left early. There’s a coded gate so we liked the extra layer of security. Well lit with easy access to a bathroom.

Great site. Huge grassy backyard with power and water hookups, but not too close to their house. Bathroom and laundry in side building. A few miles drive off of I-10, but very direct. Alex is a great host. Quiet. Plenty of room to run your dogs. Would use this site again!!

Nice backyard setting. Super nice host! List states picnic table, but it no longer exists. Alex set up a plastic table so we could eat outside. It is located approximately 30 minutes from Pensacola Beach and Naval Aviation Museum. One hour to Navarre Beach. There is one community bathroom with toilet & shower. Know that you may share the backyard with 2 or 3 other hipcampers. Great to have laundry option - located in same bathroom.

We had a great stay here!
They were very accommodating and communicative.
Everything was as described or better.
The location was great for exploring the coast and beyond.
W/D on site is a great option, although the washer is only for small loads (at cost).
The yard does collect water in some spots in heavy rain but they’ve done a great job with drainage and it’s mostly gone before you can really even notice. We didn’t feel crammed into a spot and it was easy to navigate our 41’ fifth wheel on the road to the spot, thru the gate, and into the backyard to back-in.
We’d definitely consider staying again!

This is a great little spot. We enjoyed a bit of sight seeing and our host was very welcoming. If you can go around Christmas time, the lights are epic!

Very nice gated worry free spot to park. Plenty of cameras keeping a eye on things.Clean bathroom/showers. Option to wash laundry at additional cost. No real shade so it heats up real quick on sunny days. There is a Long-term term RV on back of property super nice guy. 2 small harmless yippie dogs. Nothing a fan can't around Overall a good spot to stop for a few nights exspecily if you like privacy and avoid RV parks like us.

Alex’s place is a really nice spot for an overnight or to use as a base for doing things in the Pensacola area. Site is very level and private and the additional amenities of access to electric, water, and a bathroom w/ shower and laundry is such a bonus.
Alex was very responsive and flexible - I arrived later than planned - and was very generous and helpful getting me settled in anticipation of rain moving in.

Our second stay at this location. We had another great stay! FHU and nice flat parking make this a perfect spot to stay during a visit to the area. Very close to everything but tucked away and quiet. Restroom provided is nice and has a shower. Alex is very welcoming and we would definitely stay again!

Loved camping on Alex’s land! They have the property all done up for the holidays, which made it easy to find. It was quiet and flat and with hookups and water! Everything we needed for an overnight stop. Thanks again!

Nice well maintained site. Alex was very responsive to communications and welcoming when arrived. Directions were spot on and short (<5 min) drive from highway. Had site to ourself so our reactive barky dogs had only minimal distraction from sounds of other dogs in the surrounding neighborhood. Will definitely plan on this being a return site on futur trips
