Tranquil spot located down a long private driveway between two ponds on the sunny island of Sanibel! Private campsite next to conservation land with plenty of bird and wildlife sightings. Nearby attractions: • Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge – 2 miles • Shopping – 1 mile • Tarpon Bay Recreation Area – 1.5 miles • Bailey Tract – 0.5 miles • Captiva Island – 9 miles • Electric (up to 50 amp) and water hookups provided, but no sewer. Please bear with us as the island is still recovering from Hurricane Ian. We loved camping on Paul's land. It is a magical spot next to preserved land. It was quiet and private. The property is in a great location. It is a short distance to the beach, biking and hiking trails.

We had a wonderful stay and truly couldn’t have asked for a better host. He was very helpful with suggestions that made our stay even better. Serenity Gardens is a hidden oasis—private, lush, and perfectly located near the beach. There’s a convenient dump station nearby at Periwinkle Campground for just $10, which made everything even easier. We loved Paul’s place and would absolutely stay again. 100% recommend.

amazing spot, even better host. if you’re looking for a peaceful quiet and beautiful slice of nature this is it. we saw a bald eagle twice and many other birds!

Wow! What a gorgeous spot! Very quiet. Very private. Bring your bike and leave the vehicles. Paul was wonderful. The space is beautiful. If it had a sewer hook up I would still be there.

Beautiful ! Private ! Tropical ! Oasis ! We brought our camper van to explore Sanibel and found the best possible campsite on the island ! The gorgeous landscaped site was waiting with electric and water, beautiful breakfast nook, and plenty of space . Our host was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. This is a very special place and should be treated as such. It just doesn’t get any better.! Already looking forward to our next stay there .
