Step back in time as the Santa Fe river meanders through the Cypress trees and is joined by the Ichetucknee river (a paddle stroke away) and joins the Suwannee River. Easily accessible covered RV spot next to the river and our old Florida style river home. Enjoy fires and cooking outdoors amongst the oak trees. Paddle down the river in the 3 kayaks available and be overwhelmed with the abundant wildlife and fishing. Swim with the turtles and manatee. Shady areas for relaxing riverside. Build a fire with included firewood and enjoy the peace and quiet we call home. Amenities included (dependent on length of stay) - 30/50 Amp Power - Clear Clean well water - Waterfront - Floating Dock for your enjoyment - Shade trees for relaxing - Large burn ring with wire grill cover - 20 pieces of firewood a day - Grill utensils - Nearby dump station (4 day or longer stays) - Trash removal Critters you can find around here: - Deer (lots) - Turkey - Opossums - Raccoons - Otters - Beavers - Turtles - Snakes - Alligators - Mosquitoes - Lizards - Beatles (non-musical) - flies - Frogs - Fish (galore) - Owls - Many species of birds What you may want to bring: - Extra firewood or pick up in town - Fire starter - Kindling - Lawn chairs What it costs if lost/damaged: - Kayak $400 ea. - Paddle $100 ea. - floatation safety devices $35 ea. Your RV On The Santa Fe River
Bruce is the perfect host! He gives hanging at grandpas house vibes! It felt like we had our own private river! We got to town early, went to the near by spring for a dip, which was breathtaking views! Pulled into Bruce's spot, and immediately jumped on the kayaks with our dogs! Got to see 10+ turtles on the river! Paddled down stream and found a spot where a bunch of boats were parked and jumped out into the water to swim with the locals! Woke up to walk the dogs and saw 6 deers wandering the neighborhood! We were worried about our dogs being loud, but because of how private this spot is, it was peaceful and quite and everything we could have wanted! Got to listen to the rain while we bbqd under the covered RV spot! We will find another reason to come stay again! Highly recommend! Can't thank you enough for your hospitality Bruce!

Bruce has a great covered spot on the river. Free use of a kyak and fire pit with wood. Very picturesque float on the river. Lovely spot.

Your RV On The Santa Fe River
Great camping next to Santa Fe River! The site is covered and quite private, and it is a very peaceful location. It is a short paddle to the clear Ichetuknee River, where we had lovely swims. At night we had a fire quite next to the river and it was fun to hear the fish splashing as they jumped out of the water. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely go back!

Great location and the outdoor shower with hot water was nice! The hosts were helpful and we had a great time! Love that we had access to their kayaks and that they not only put out firewood for the fire pit but also gave us a pack of fire starters ☺️
