Had a great 2 days staying in our rv at Jerry’s spot with 5 kids (4 being teenagers). Loved having the dock area to fish from, launch our paddle boards. Was nice to be able to tie up our boards and leave them on the water inside the dock slip area. Plenty of space for everyone to roam. The wash sink is a nice bonus I didn’t realize I needed in my life of camping lol. Best part we saw a momma and baby manatee swim by as we were hanging on the dock.

What a fantastic find! Barely an hour from Gainesville, and all of 20 minutes from High Springs, this site offered privacy, beauty, quiet, and easy accessibility for swimming and paddling! This is a great site for two or for gaggle of folks, and I'd love to go back with the family. We paddled every morning, and even the current wasn't an issue going up-stream. The water near the property was extremely clear and shallow enough (in early October) for just wading or floating right off the shore/boat house. Considering the beautiful weather, we actually found it odd how quiet this strip of the river was - where were all the people?! We weren't complaining, though. Only item that wasn't fully as "advertised," was the camp sink which was functional, but the water just empties at the base of the sink and onto your feet. We didn't use it. Instructions from the host were clear, and they maintained good communication through the stay.

Camping on Jerry’s land was an absolute delight! The property was incredibly well kept—clean, organized, and clearly cared for with pride. The highlight for us was the beautiful river that runs alongside the site. It added a peaceful, scenic backdrop to our stay and was perfect for relaxing by the water or enjoying a quiet morning coffee. Whether you're looking for a serene escape or a base for outdoor adventures, Jerry’s land is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! We chose this location for a birthday camping trip and could have had a better spot! The location is convenient and quiet. We enjoyed the access to the Santa Fe and Ichetucknee Rivers. The site was clean and as described. The host was communicative and friendly. Having sunrise breakfast and coffee on the river was top tier. Enjoying all the stars and the cicadas at night was just as cozy! I will stay at this site every chance I get. 10/10!

We had a very relaxing time on our trip . The property is in a beautiful location on the Santa Fe River, the camper parking under pavilion with full hook up was just perfect. We enjoyed the floating boat dock so much ; morning coffee, played dominos at table on covered dock, fishing and swimming. The water is cool, clear and lovely much like Itchetucknee spring. We road our e- bikes all over the neighborhood, roads are packed sand and shaded , saw many deer and birds. Tubing in the neighborhood park was fabulous, no crowds, no lines. Left a bike at Point Park (end of tube run), took truck and all our tubes to beginning at Hodor park and got on. Would love to visit again.

We had an awesome time at this campsite. It is totally private and plenty of room for your fifth wheel, tubes, and boat. My 2 dachshunds were in heaven with all the space they had to run. The property is rustic but has everything: gas grill, air compressor, outside lighting, boat dock with ladder. It is in a great location within the neighborhood that has private access to the River for boating and tubing. I would stay here every year for our annual Memorial Day weekend! Thanks Jerry

We had a great time. The lot was huge, the covered pad we parked under was really nice and came in super handy since it rained the first 2 days we were there. It had electric, water & sewer hookup and the view of the Santa Fe River from our site was spectacular. We were on the parking pad #1 for reference. The boat dock was our favorite place. We spent 90% of our time sitting on the dock watching the mullet jump, the turtles swim by and the other boaters ride by. Watching the sunrise and sunsets were my favorite. We took our boat and paddle boards and paddled up the river and down river. Down river took us to the Itchnatucknee River which is a must see, crystal clear spring fed river. Directions were good, just don't use Apple Maps like I did, you won't get there if you do, use Google maps like they tell you. We would definitely go back. One piece of advice tho.....be mindful of the ticks and fleas, my husband and I both had ticks on us and definitely make sure your animals, if you bring any, have flea and tick stuff on them. Great place!!

We loved this hip camp. It is very secluded with a great view of the water. It was nice to have all the hookups and roof for protection. It made setting up and tearing down very easy. We enjoyed the quiet and did a little fishing, caught a few smaller fish. We would definitely recommend. Direction and check in very easy

We loved our time at Jerry’s riverfront spot! The views were amazing and it was so peaceful. We kayaked the beautiful Santa Fe and Ichetucknee rivers, saw lots of wildlife and had a great view of the stars. We will definitely be back!

We loved staying here. We had lots of privacy and felt very safe. The community and its parks are an amazing feature. We were able to launch directly on the Ichetucknee River and on into the state park. It was serene. Being on the river was lovely. In the evening we started a fire as we watched deer cruise on through the property across the river. Host had great communication. Being in a covered site with full hookups was an awesome feature. There were games and kayaks for rent if needed. Our dog loved it too! Highly recommend.

Great space in the Santa Fe River! Quiet, peaceful, and everything you need. Our pup was in complete heaven! Close to the Ichetucknee State Park with a beautiful spring! Jerry is a responsive host. Would recommend you get any supplies and/or groceries you will need as the closest supermarket is about 20-25 minutes away. Also, use google maps, do not use Waze. Waze let us down, Jerry was quick to help!

This place is amazing! So different and quiet! The covered concreted campsite makes me think of this amenity at home. Super nice dock in river also covered. But Jerry excels at communication and helpfulness! I cannot recommend his place enough to get away from it all

We spent 4 nights here and had a great time! We enjoyed the very quiet surroundings listening to birds, owls, hawks, and a distant rooster. We brought our bikes and enjoyed looking at the neighborhood and parks. We spent time on the Santa Fe and Suwannee River. Loved having a huge covered pad and no one else in sight.
The only issue we really had was the address on the gate did not match the address we were given. Also be aware that the nearest street sign is not the correct road. However, Jerry was very available and answered right up to confirm we were in the right place, as what we saw matched the pictures online. He was always very responsive and gave instructions to make our trip better. Definitely stay here if you love old Florida and peace and quiet!

This was our first time staying at a HipCamp site and I don’t ever want to stay anywhere else. This place was fabulous. Private, quiet, peaceful. Definitely off the beaten path so, be prepared. The closest grocery is about 15-20 min away. Our host, Jerry, was so kind as to make sure trees were trimmed and let us know what roads would be best to come in with our big rig. We brought our boat to use at the covered dock and I am so glad we did as the river was perfect! We couldn’t have asked for more. It was exactly what we needed and we will definitely be back. Thank you Jerry!

This weekend away was everything we’d hoped it would be. Jerry was kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The site is great for RV camping, with so many amenities. The overhead lights, being on our favorite for grilling in the dark. The river is beautiful, the dock is great for fishing off of. The place was quiet and private and we can’t wait to make it back up. There are too many beautiful places nearby to see in one weekend.

We had such a blast staying at Jerry’s property! He was the perfect host. Great at communicating and friendly. Site was super private and being right on the water was awesome. The covered concrete pad makes all the difference. No sand in the rv! We rented Jerry’s kayaks and paddled down to Ichetucknee river into the spring. So magical. Our pup really enjoyed swimming right off the property.
We brought our bikes and made the short ride over to ichetucknee state park. Tons of nice paved bike trails around the site. If you get a chance, Take a ride over to the Farm Stand for some great tacos and ice cream!
We also really enjoyed oleno state park. Both parks close to the site. You get access to private parks for easy tubing rides. Fires at night were so peaceful. We can’t wait to return!

Perfect private property for the whole family to enjoy Ichetucknee. We arrived and immediately jumped in the river and enjoyed kayaking. Having the second spot allowed for my parents to meet us there and the covered concrete pad worked great for our 43 foot fifth wheel and their large A-class. One of the best amenities is the exclusive members only access to tube float the springs less than 10 minutes away. We will be back!

Jerry’s is a beautiful, private spot right on the water. We’ve Rv camped in this neighborhood before. It was a RV pad right next to someone’s house. At Jerry’s you have the whole place to yourself. Having the Rv cover and concrete pad with amenities was a big plus.We were able to hang out during the rain. Able to hose off before getting back into the Rv after swimming a paddling
The dock allowed us to swim and get out of the water easily. Jerry communicated quickly and throughly enough that we didn’t need him for any extra instructions or help. ( he had everything covered in the messages.
Having kayaks available instead of bringing our own was super convenient. The neighborhood has its own parks on the water and tube launch they are an easy walk . Paddled East from Jerry’s and there is a spring a short distance away.
Can’t wait to come back and explore the Sante Fe and Ichetucknee some more.

Jerry was a huge help in giving us a last minute sheltered place to wait out the storm. Rainy day, no problem, fully covered rv port with plenty of room for our slide out and a picnic table. The bright overhead lights were great, enabling us to stay outside of the camper later than 6pm being a fire was not a option with the weather. We look forward to coming back on a dry and intentional visit!

Our family had an amazing 4 days 3 nights getaway at Jerry's site. We have 2 boys (9 and 8 years old) and as we were leaving they both said that this camping trip was by far the best one. Our family wanted quite getaway for New Years without parties, loud noises of fireworks, screams, etc. Jerry's site was just IT! It was just perfection. Privacy from all sides, beautiful river just steps away, fire pits with abundancy of wood on the property kindly left by Jerry for us to burn. Our little dog had a blast watching birds, chasing squerrils, observing turtles and even river otters. We camped after some flooding, but Jerry had our site well set-up. The hook-up site was amazing and took less than 30 mins for my husband to get fully set-up. Cover of the site was soooo handy when we had short drizzle and we were still able to stay outside and enjoy peace and quite. You have it all there: grills, table, sink, kayaks, fire pit, you name it.
During our whole stay, boys did not ask for their gadgets once, which on itself was incredible. They spend all days outdoors playing with sticks, swings, shooting BB guns and Nerf guns (developing battle plans), exploring river creatures, running with the dog, and of course starting fire in fire pit, making their own bfast sausages and smores all day long).
Thank you, Jerry, for letting us stay. This 2024 New Year is the one to remember with all family memories we created while camping on your property.
All in all, we 100% will be back again.

Beautiful private and relaxing spot right on the Santa Fe river! The property is just as listed, and it has everything you’d need. Great little shallow area to dip into the water right off the bank. We definitely plan on coming back and bringing the whole family along! 10/10

Jerry's place was completely stunning! He literally thought of everything you could possibly want for a camping vacation getaway. While we always over-pack and bring our own stuff, you really didn't need to do that at Jerry's place. We brought our own tubes and paddleboards, but again, Jerry had kayaks there as well! We truly loved the experience he provided and only have one suggestion if you're not an experienced camper... bring citronella candles or bug spray. Being that close to the water in the summer, in Florida, guarantees some mosquitos, moths, and other bugs drawn to the light. We highly recommend Jerry and his property, it was a vacation that we won't soon forget.
