Nestled in the heart of historic Millville, our property offers a tranquil escape just minutes from the best of Panama City. Watson Bayou is steps away, with two boat slips nearby. Historic downtown Panama City is less than a mile away, Tyndall Air Force Base is only 9 miles, and Panama City’s stunning beaches are just a quick 12-mile drive. Whether you’re vacationing or passing through, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home at this serene retreat. Built in 1922, "Millville Mansion"—a quaint cottage named by my mother’s family—offers 2 cozy RV spaces, one on a concrete pad, replacing the garage lost to Hurricane Michael; and the second on a large gravel parking area. While the area is still recovering from the hurricane, the property is fully functional, and its charm remains intact. Amenities (shared with tenants and other RV guests): Guests can enjoy: A screened-in porch A spacious back deck shaded by a historic oak tree Ample private parking for vehicles and a boat (bring your own) A shared laundry room (2 free loads included with hookups; $5/load for extras) Site 1 has 50Amp Site 2 has 30 Amp Both sites have water available, shared via a Y connector at the faucet. The Neighborhood: Explore the unique charm of Millville, from the local farmer’s market and hiking trails to art galleries and coastal fishing. The surrounding historic neighborhood is still undergoing restoration, and while some areas show signs of the hurricane, the home-like atmosphere of our property ensures a relaxing stay. Arrival & Setup Check-in is after 2 PM. You’ll find a covered front porch overlooking Millville Cemetery and a concrete parking area as well as a gravel area in the back, perfect for setting up your RV and outdoor living space. Big rigs are welcome—please refer to our guidebook for the best route to the property. Your Stay Sip morning coffee on the expansive deck, stroll through Millville’s trails, or enjoy a beach day. While the owners are off-site, no one currently resides in the historic 1922 home, but there may be other RV guests in the additional space, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. this site utilizes the 50Amp connection and is located on the concrete pad. Arrival & Setup Check-in anytime after 2 PM and settle into your space with ease. You’ll be greeted by the charm of a covered front porch overlooking the historic Millville Cemetery. The concrete parking area at the rear of the property offers plenty of room for your rig and outdoor setup. 50 Amp hookups are available, along with water (shared with the other RV space via a "Y" connector) for your convenience. Relax & Unwind Start your mornings on our expansive shared deck, shaded by a stunning historic oak tree, as you sip your coffee or tea. This space is perfect for relaxing or socializing with other guests. Parking & Storage There is ample private parking to accommodate your needs: ONE RV Up to two vehicles (tow vehicle, extra car, etc.) OR ONE additional recreational item (boat, side-by-side, 4-wheeler, or ORV). We just spend one night but everything thing was as described so thanks to the owners . There's no sewer hookups so while going there be prepared about that.

Back door break in repaired . Washing machines smelled bad. Yard cleaned up! Whole place cleaned up! Did not stay! I’ve never left a bad review. Kissed that $42 bye.

Campsite was clean and level. With some shade from sun.. Close to boat ramp and ample room for a boat and camper. Bonus for the laundry room options! Communication was great and prompt. Would definitely stay here again.
