Beautiful property with views of sunsets behind big oaks and sun rises over fields with horses and curious chickens roaming around. Great host who mentioned a concert with a rock legend in town that we enjoyed! We did a beautiful paddle from kings landing and also the Black Bear Wilderness Trail hike was close by. The town of Mount Dora was close and fun with lots of restaurants and stores by the lake. Super great stay!!

This spot has everything that we love. It’s quiet, loads of room around you, a beautiful view, but close to restaurants and shops, and within driving distance of pretty much everything in Central Florida that you might want to do. No matter the length of your rig, you will fit. We had the opportunity to extend our stay, because we needed to be in the area a bit longer, and we did not hesitate to stay here at Pennylane Farm. Mark, our host, was the perfect blend of helpful that campers look for. Greeted us and helped us back in, always responsive if we needed something, but allowed you to do your thing the rest of the time. We highly recommend this spot!!

Mark is a great host! Beautiful peaceful property close to everything you need. He has two spots close together but our small trailer allowed us to back in our spot to have privacy. This was important to us because we would rather have privacy than amenities supplied by RV parks. This hip camp did not disappoint. We plan to go back.

We had a great stay at Penny Lane! Mark and his wife were welcoming and made sure we had everything (50 to 30 converter). Their land is nestled amongst pet horses, chickens and moss covered oaks. I was peaceful yet minutes from Mount Dora and several hiking trailheads.

Overall, the site was as advertised and the host was great.
There were 2 sites on the farm and the other site had a semi-permanent resident. Because of where the water and electric hook-ups were located, we were very close to this camper and couldn't really avoid the loud arguments or the barking dog. The dog was not cleaned up after and we had to watch our step for fresh dog poop daily.
The location was convenient, but had we know about the semi-permanent resident, we would not have been as likely to choose this site.

While I was in Mark's front yard, I felt like I was a world away at my own farm. This wonderfully flat and clear site faces the horses and the nursery at the front of the property. It's far enough out to feel like you're in the countryside, but close enough to everything to feel like you're in the city.
Just 15 minutes from Mt. Dora and 45 from the Lake Apopka Wilderness Drive, a perfect recommendation from Mark, Pennylane Farm is a perfect spot.

Mark and his wife we great hosts during my stay.
Beautiful secluded property with chickens and horses and close to Mt Dora.
Utilities worked great and the property is close to town if you need supplies.
I highly recommend and would stay there again.

The Farmland is beautiful. We loved watching the sunrise over the pastors. The horses and chickens were fun to watch. The Host Mark was a great guy. Fun to talk to and very accommodating. It's a peaceful place to camp. I would recommend this place!

Staying at Marks was a great area. The family was very caring and helpful.
They have horses and chickens was fun to watch the animals react with our dogs. We stayed 12 days when it was time to leave we had a hard time, due to the enjoyment we had. I would come back to the place. Very peaceful and quite. Loved our stay. Thank you Mark and family.

Very nice safe location with a congenial host. It was about 10 minutes into Mt. Dora and close to gas and supplies. The horses were sweet and our dogs didn’t quite know about the chickens! Would have been great for star gazing but the temp dropped when the sun dropped. Nice stay with electric and water hook ups and a place to dump on the way out! Very reasonable priced, too!

Amazing experience at this place. What a beautiful area. Woke up with an amazing sunrise. The location is not far from Orlando and the surrounding area. The host and hostess were really nice, welcoming and friendly, she even helped me through my embarrassing mishap. They had friendly horses that enjoyed being petted and she even had some chickens running around. Can't say enough good about it and the full hookups! Great after going over 2 weeks boondocking. If you want a nice peaceful time this is your place.

Mark’s property was beautiful, quiet, peaceful, and serene. Mark’s wife came out to greet me and helped me get situated and I ran into Marc a few times on the property while he was doing maintenance things very nice people😁
I loved seeing the chickens walking around and watching the horses. It’s even easy to find at night because the neighbors have a huge tree all lit up with white lights. I definitely would recommend Mark’s property, great stay!

This is our 2nd time staying at Pennylane Farm. We absolutely love the Mount Dora area with the lovely downtown, shopping and restaurants. It’s a nice centralized area to go out and explore. We enjoyed the days we just hung out at the farm too. We love watching the horses in the pasture. We work remotely so having strong T-mobile and Verizon signals there is a huge plus!! Thank you Mark for another great stay.

Great location to go explore Mount Dora! Easy in, easy out for our 36ft motorhome. . Great big area to walk our dog. The horses greeted us each morning! Quiet. Mark was so nice and provided 30/50 amp adapter!
