We are the polar opposite of a large crowded RV park. Over 25 Years Old Only. Pets Welcome. No Children. Free Filtered and Softened Water from on-site well (considered potable by owners) for your RV tank provided. Suitable for couples seeking a peaceful sanctuary, particularly those vacationing in a small group. One RV and one accompanying vehicle are allowed per site, with up to four people included in the price. Grass parking areas set among park-like, semi-maintained woodland. Campfires are allowed, and logs for your fire are provided free of charge. 0% to 100% Level 2 EV Charging is available for 2 set prices (Cars / Trucks) from a dedicated 240v 50 Amp Nema 14-50R Female socket. Located 15 minutes East of I-75 in Central Florida and 45 minutes West of Clermont. Nearby Webster has The famous Swamp-O-Rama Flea Market 10 minutes away along with the Florida Cracker Feed Lot Breakfast Restaurant. Bushnell Motorsports Park 8 miles to the North has outdoor Go Carts for hire. 4 Wildlife Management Areas are to the South and West. Crystal River and the beautiful Gulf Coast are just over an hour to the West. There are many state parks and small towns in this area. This is the real Florida that tourists often miss. Pump-out facilities are available at nearby truck stops along the interstate. A well-stocked convenience store is 2.6 miles away, and a Superstore is 8 miles away. Propane 20 lb Cylinder Swaps, Propane Grill Rental, Large Fly Screen Shelters and Bottled Spring Water are available for rental / purchase on site. The main features are the tranquility, remote location, no light pollution and possible sightings of local wildlife. This site (1) is closest to the access road and is the least secluded. It suits someone who prefers to be close to the access gate and road. This site has its own dedicated driveway and gate. It does have a nice lawn area of 1/2 of an acre with 2" cut Bermuda Grass to one side and a 2 acre wooded area on the other side. Logs for your campfire are provided free.

This site (2) is quite secluded at the back of the property and has a lawn area of 1/3 of an acre of 2" cut Bermuda Grass with 1 acre of adjacent woodland that separates Site 2 from Site 3. Moonlit nights and campfires are magical in this location. Logs for your campfire are provided free. Booking Sites 2 and 3 together is a good option for a large group booking. We had such a great time camping here. There was plenty of room for the dog to run around and a fire pit already set up for us when we arrived. Would absolutely stay here again. Had no issue getting in and out in our 40 ft skoolie!
