This quiet one acre property has been in the family for 30+ years. It has been used as a place for family and friends to camp with great access to the gulf waters. We have spent summers here scalloping and catching trout/redfish. Our dream is to share this piece of beach oaks heaven with other friends and family looking to get away. Learn more about this land: Secluded camping 1 mile from the Gulf of Mexico with kayak launch. 5 miles from Keaton Beach Boat Ramp. Pitch tents tucked back under the oaks, or right by the car for an easy set up. Room for up to a 30ft RV/camper. You’ll have the entire property to yourself in a very quiet old Florida neighborhood with over an acre to explore the oaks and palmettos trails. Great fishing, scalloping, and swimming opportunities within 10 minutes.

    Hidden Oasis Under the Oaks
    The tent space had a nice bed of pine needles. My tent tarp was dryer when I packed up than when I came! It could have been a bit flatter and level though. I did find a place in my 4 person tent that wasn't leaning to the side but if I'd had it filled with people some would have been a bit angled. The road was nice and quiet most of the time, which is good because the site is close. That made it easy to lug stuff from my van. I would have liked a small picnic table. The beach is really nice and I managed to do some foil windsurfing but I had to stay in the channel which was a bit of a walk to get to. Luckily the wind was from the south so I could reach back and forth okay! A regular fin board would have been fine.
