Relax next to the river on this waterfront lot and let all your worries float away. Quiet and peaceful, bring your fishing poles — we also have kayaks available for rent. You will be parking in the driveway of our waterfront home, but you’ll have access to the covered dock and backyard. The site has 30 Amp electric and is best suited for RVs under 40 feet. RV must be able to back in. This waterfront town has plenty to offer, including a boat ramp onto the St. Johns River, waterfront bars, and restaurants. Quiet waterfront town with a great community feel and a farmers market. Conveniently located between Deland, Ormond Beach, and Ocala, it’s the perfect spot for day trips.This RV site is the driveway of our WATERFRONT home. Mermaids Waterfront River Retreat

Great spot right on the canal. Covered sitting area by the water. Great host. Set up a campfire in case we wanted it. Enjoyed our stay.
